My husband and I went to the dealership, in the market for 2015 Infiniti Q50. The salesman approached asked us a few questions and walked away. He acted as though we didnt belong there, totally ignoring us. We went and asked to look at the the model Q50, he points to the car on the showroom floor. He was too busy with another couple interested in SUVs, who came in the dealership after we did. So after awhile, we left the Plaza dealership after giving personal contact info. We went to another Infiniti dealership, the treatment was different, the saleman was attentive and understanding. We are pleased with our Q50 and the deal we recieved from Bommarito Infiniti West County. We didn't get the "Plaza Experience."

Great overall experience. GM contacted me personally when I initially had a few minor issues. Took care of everything and her and the sales manager made everything right. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality dealership!

I always enjoy my experiences at Plaza Infiniti because everything is so smooth and easy. I appreciate the covered area available upon arrival, especially during the extremely rainy season we're having. The staff is always extremely prompt, polite, professional, and personable. The job always seems to get done faster than anticipated. The waiting room is very convenient and comfortable with an array of complimentary snacks and beverages.

From the email and phone reminders that my car is due for service to picking up the car afterwards, everything worked to perfection. Although all the service writers are good, I have worked with Jim Kennedy for years now. He knows my car as well as my idiosyncrasies. Got an appointment easily. Car was done sooner than expected and returned in immaculate condition. Even the seats were returned to my position.

There is never an issue with getting an appointment and the service department is spot on. Also, the porter made sure the car was washed and vacuumed to his liking before releasing it to me. Spotless.
