The waiting room and lunch was awesome. All customer service people awesome. The only problem I had, which I have had with the other dealers I went to, is that they never top off the fluids. I only get the oil changed every 10,000 miles. so I assume they just figure I won't look under the hood. Windshield fluid was 1/2 full. If the mechanics cut corners here, what will they do if I have a bigger repair to do. I will call today and find out why they don't top off the fluids.

My car was due a service and I happened to be making a trip on Sunday, to return on Monday. Since Toyota is by the airport, it would have been the perfect opportunity for me to get my service done. I know the shop isn't open on Sundays, so I called Saman to see if there was anyway to make this work. He informed me of the key drop off facility that would allow me drop my car off on Sunday and still pick it up on Monday. That in itself was a relief. On Monday, I missed a call from the service crew notifying me that my car was ready. My flight wasn't due to get in until after 7pm when the service center would be closed, so I tried to call them so that they would leave my keys for me to pick up. I wasn't able to reach them and didn't get a response to my voicemail. So, I called Saman who did what he does best, take good care of us! He made sure my car was ready, got my keys from the Service crew and personnally came to pick me up at the airport with my car. He would have had someone follow him so I didn't need to go back to Toyota, but they were really busy. I would rate him 7 stars if that was possible just because of his meticulous attention to detail when offering customer service. And with Saman, it never feels forced, you don't feel like you're being an inconvenience. Thanks again and this is why we keep coming back here! Note: Below, I have rated the Service Center 3 for customer service because they never returned my call and it could have been a problem if Saman didn't come to the rescue.
