My 2012 Genesis was in for new tires, all wheel alignment and a software update. George Pannell took care of everything. He arranged everything and checked it all for a complete job. With the clean up they even washed the inside of the windshield, Thanks George

I was so impressed with my latest service for my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe (which is my usual experience). I took my car in for a warranty issue, which turned out to not be an issue at all. I saw a corroded part on the service tech's desk that said it was from another Santa Fe with 40,000 miles on it. My vehicle has 60,000 miles on it and the gas mileage was declining. I inquired about the part and Andrew told me that the vehicle needed a fuel suppression system cleaning. I went ahead and asked for the service as this was probably what has been causing my low fuel mileage. I had missed the first shuttle run when I dropped off my car. While I was waiting for the driver to come back, it started to get little late, so I asked when they might come back as I had to get to work. Andrew arranged for another employee, Rebecca (she works on warranty paperwork), to take me. I was able to get to work without having to work extra time, which means a lot to me as my schedule is always booked full. I can't remember the shuttle driver's name that picked me up, but truly everything was great about this service from beginning to end. I have used Joe Machens Hyundai for service for the past three years. I think they are excellent at what they do and how they do it - always with a smile and with compassion.

I bought a 2013 Elantra GT. It took 2 months to get the title and paperwork so I could get the car licensed. Not one single employee ever called me to notify me of the delay or offer an explaination! I made many calls to the dealership, visited in person and was basically brushed off. I'd already made 2 payments before I could license the vehicle. HEADS UP TO THE DEALERSHIP: Please get customer service training for all your employees.

Came in wanting a sonata and the sales rep suggested a few other cars that I should test drive with it for comparison. After testing an Elantra GT and a sonata 2.0 se I walked out of there with a demo sonata which saved me money. The negotiations were quick and painless and while we did have a bit of issues with financing paperwork they did their best to accommodate me by sending a person to my house to sign the new papers. All in all if I need a new car within the next 5 years I'll be coming back here!
