On a recent trip to Branson to watch my son playing the NAIA Men's Basketball tournament our car started to act up. By the time we reached our motel it wanted to stall out. The next day we drove to the dealership to see if we could get it in. Explaining our situation the service department got us right in. I could tell they were busy, so I was surprised how fast they got the SUV in the bay. We were given updates and asked if we needed anything at least three times. 5 hours later the SUV was fixed. When we went to make the payment we were told that because they took so long they were giving us 10% off our bill. WOW!!! While we were there a while I thought they did the job in a very timely manor. I would like to thank the people of Tri-Lakes for making what could have been a bad week a wonderful experience. The people are friendly and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I wish I could remember the people I dealt with but I can't. But from what I saw everyone there are great people.

Could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Tri Lakes. Friendly staff that puts customer service and satisfaction #1 on their list. As a customer, I was the priority. They are all about the customer and not just for the sale. Anybody can sell but not every dealership makes the customer and their satisfaction the highest of priorities. It was like dealing with your best friend or family ONLY better.

I can't say enough about how great our experience was. Buying a new car is no easy process. These guys treated us like human beings. Never once did we feel like we were dealing with pushy car salesman. They worked with us and got us to the price we needed. I truly feel like they were looking out for our best interest and not just trying to sell a car. Overall it was a great experience and will definitely recommend these guys to family and friends.

I just felt the need to say something about this dealership. This is the first time I have ever had a salesman not be pushy. Jonathan Kitchen, my salesperson, was absolutely great job and did everything he could to make this process so easy. I feel that he went above and beyond for me and it was greatly appreciated. Corey helped me with my financing. He is a wizard! He got me the best deal; better than I expected. He was so friendly and it was very easy to talk with him. Overall, this is the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that asks.
