My husband and I were not looking forward to car shopping and had a terrible experience the week before at a different dealership. When we pulled in, Rich greeted us in a very relaxed manner and we told him what we were looking for. He never tried to sell us something beyond what we mentioned, as we were very firm about our criteria. He was low key and helpful. The whole process took just a few hours! My sales rep, Mike Barnes, was great to work with, made sure I understood everything that was happening, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase.
