I purchased a used vehicle here in August and it was by far the BEST car buying experience I have had in a long, long time. My salesman(Brent) went above and beyond to take care of me and the requirements for my budget. The ENTIRE staff is so pleasant to work with and the process was painless. I can't say enough good things. I had to take the car in for service and Rynn(service mangager) was AWESOME. I didn't have an appointment but he was able to get me in and out in no time! He also had my car washed when they were done. SO NICE!!!! I accidentally threw my title away so I had the pleasure of working with Alice to have it replaced. She was able to order me a new one and it arrived in no time!!! If you are looking for friendly and experienced dealership head to Bill George's Olathe Kia!!! They will take EXCELLENT care of you!!! If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle from someone who will work hard to get you financed, look no further than this dealership. I am specifically referring to "Car City Luxury Imports." In December, 2013 I purchased a 2007 Lexus ES 300. Even with my marginal credit, Brent was able to get the owner (Bill George) to finance the vehicle. Brent was fun to work with, courteous and has a great attitude. I never had a days worth of trouble out of this vehicle and it came with all the service records up until a few months of my purchase. Last month, I returned with my daughter to purchase a vehicle. She has ZERO credit, but again, Brent worked his magic and she was financed to purchase a 2008 Kia Optima. She is very pleased! While we were there, I saw a beautiful, black, 2009 Lexus ES 350 on the lot, but I thought it was out of my price range, I couldn't possibly be financed, etc. Three days later, Brent called me to come pick it up! I was pleasantly surprised! Both my daughter and I are EXTREMELY HAPPY with our vehicles and consider Brent not only our go-to car salesman, but a friend as well. If you're on the market for a car, check their website, do your research and GO VISIT BRENT @ OLATHE KIA/CAR CITY. You won't be disappointed! *The only reason I did not give 5*'s - Shelley Slinkard. She's "rough around the edges" and needs a refresher in customer service.

DJ Shire was the only positive part of this whole experience! I was promised so much before I signed the papers for my Kia, and trouble started right when I got home and looked over the papers...sale price was wrong, one of the promised items they actually charged me for (or tried to), and the interest rate was not as promised. DJ made the paperwork right for me, and did everything he said he would! I proceeded to take my car back for a new fender and the tow package I was promised. After they had it for 5 days, I ended up calling them to get my car back...it only had the fender...no hitch! I was told to come and get it and ended up waiting another 50 min to " finish" cutting the extra key that was promised on day 1! I finally set up the appointment for the tow package myself, and not only was it $425 less than they had tried to charge me, but it's only going to take 1-1 1/2 hrs, and they had it for 5 days.!?? Total nightmare. Again DJ Shire is the only positive! My salesman, Cliff and the "sales manager, Will had no idea what the other was doing, and my patience was completely tested...I failed, but so did they!

Had our 2003 Kia Sedona towed there with bad water pump, after pressure testing myself. Service advisers told I had done the other seals, gaskets, and radiator. Refused to not do "their" checklist, whined a lot about it being their "standard" procedure. Charged $200 to replace the same seals/gaskets again, after not being authorized to do so. After that, they refused to check water pump. Ended up towing the van to their competitor, where they said that the removal of the parts that the seals I had put in before would ruin them. $16 of seals cost me $200 to get my van back not operating, in the same shape it was when towed there. We bought the van new at this dealer, it has changed hands since then. Service adviser whined at us for an hour about they had to fix it. Their competitor's quote was $150 less for the water pump replacement then they were. This dealer had always did our service, I would not take a go-kart to them now. Service Rep Ryon was not the problem Service Adviser, whiny service adviser not a choice Owner also refused to take our calls about our experience and concerns. Contacting NFIB and BBB about their business practices.
