I found this dealership in Autotrader and thought to give it a try, considering the fact that they had the lowest prices in the area on the exact vehicle that I wanted. I sent them an email and the salesmen, Blake, immediately responded to my inquiry. i became aware that I lived out of state and he offered to drive the vehicle to me to test drive and possibly purchase. His professionalism was undeniably the best that I've ever received from a salesmen. He wasn't very pushy and he even gave me his cellphone number and told me to call or text ANY time of the day if I had more questions. One night, I texted him to ask him about the vehicles current mileage and he answered without hesitation. He kept his word and delivered my vehicle to me in the middle of a thunderstorm and he didn't show any sign of being uncomfortable as I invited him into my home to discuss paperwork. I'm a truly satisfied customer. Thanks, Blake. My only issue with the company overall is not receiving my CarFax report. That wasn't a major issue though. We just pulled it up online.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from the dealership and my sales person was Blake Snow. I purchased the car from a distance without seeing it. Blake was very, very helpful. He explained as much as he could and provided me with all I asked for. I was a pre-owned Ford and I wanted to ensure that a particular item on the Ford was updated by Ford and Blake took the car to the Ford dealership and had them updates the software...that is going beyond expectations. I would recommend going and seeing Blake if you need a new GM or a pre-owned vehicle! The price was very fair and I was satisfied (and I drive a hard bargain). the extra items they offer a pre-owned purchase were great.....waiver of deductible on dent repair for 6 or 12 months (I cant remember). and other perks. it seemed that they really wanted to do business the right way!

1 star only because it makes me put one in! Very pushy. We let our sales person know we were only looking and did not intend to buy today. As we were leaving he ran out after us with a discounted price on a vehicle we were looking at. At his insistence we ended up taking the car home to drive until the next day. He advised us they were open until 6 the next day. We ended up buying a car the next day somewhere else. Sales person was very rude and upset and told me how unprofessional I was. A sales manager called us a few minutes after that phone call and told us he was going to report the car as missing, it was only 2:30 in the afternoon and we had till 6 at the latest to return the vehicle, plus they new it would be arriving soon. 3 times we were threatened that they were going to report car as missing, we were treated like criminals all because we bought a car somewhere else! Truly horrible experience, but H & H Chevy made it right!

Service staff is trained not to care for customer service 100%. They were nice but told me I was breaking my car before I got an attitude back at them and 'made' them fix it. Weren't interested in fixing s couple things. More or less admitted they have an inferior product with their 'that's just the way they're made sometimes' attitude. Call the corporate 800# and they'll behave. But no need for that with competitors a few miles away.

Bought a new car from Gregg Young in February 2015. Had agreed on a price via email prior to going in. Had secured a loan prior to going in. Made an appointment to finalize everything. Ended up sitting in the place for almost 3 hours being pressured to finance with them by several different people even though we had a fantastic rate with a completed loan already. The sales pressure was unbearable and made the whole exchange very unsavory. We declined the financing more times than I can count! Told them we did not want an inquiry made several times. Here we are a year later going through a mortgage process, only to find that Gregg Young pulled our credit against our wishes anyway! Now we have an extra ding on our credit and our score is lowered due to these crooks! In addition to that we brought the car in after an accident and then repairs that Gregg Young made were subpar. Pieces of the bumper and front light fell off as we were driving home because they forgot to put the proper screws in. After calling and dealing with them several times we ended up fixing the repair ourselves. NEVER AGAIN will we consider Gregg Young for anything.
