When you drive up to the service department it is very easy to find it and to follow. You can tell they are thinking customer satisfaction. I all saw was helpful and friendly people who were interested to know why I was there and willing to help. The service department area is always bright and clean, and it's easy to see that the folks there like working together, and feel positive about North Point Toyota. You cannot find this in an average car dealership service department. I highly recommend North Point Toyota. I wouldn't think of going any other place for our automotive needs. They even wash my car on the outside.

I almost NEVER have complimentary words for automotive dealers; it has been my belief that most of them are bloodsucking leeches who will drain you dry if you give them any opening. However, I am writing here to express my gratitude and thanks, publicly, to North Point Toyota's service department for what they have done for me. First of all, I don't even own a Toyota; I have a Nissan Altima. However, based on the fact that they have a very fancy and attractive dealership facility, I decided to stop in last year to get my oil changed. The first thing I noticed was their well-marked easy access to the service area, and I was especially pleased to see they had a lube and tire area so that I didn't have to wade into the depths of their shop. They greeted me with a huge smile and welcome, and from there, they got my oil changed quickly. They also introduced me to a third-party that they used for windshield repair, and he informed me that he could fix my windshield chips at no charge to me via my insurance company at the same time I got my oil changed. Who wouldn't do that? In addition, they accepted a $10 coupon that I had for a sister dealership (North Little Rock Nissan), and that was a huge plus. My second great experience was recently when my wife took in the Nissan for an oil change. They were super-nice to her that day, as well, but were running a bit behind. They were incredibly apologetic for her wait, which wasn't all that bad since she could access the amenities within the dealership. Nonetheless, they gave us the oil change at NO CHARGE due to her wait. Wow! I can tell you that I have never, ever had that happen at a dealer or any other auto facility. The bottom line to me is that North Point Toyota cares for a lot more than the bottom line. They understand that good principles of customer service will pay off in the end, and meanwhile, they are carefully crafting a customer-first environment and mindset that pays off for everyone. I can tell you from experience that working in an environment full of pleased customers is also good for the employees, too. Happy begets happy. So, it is without hesitation that I recommend you take your car to North Point Toyota even if you don't have a Toyota. If they can't help you, I trust that they will be honest enough to let you know. But, based on my experiences, I have no reason to think that they will do anything other than make you a pleased customer. Way to go, North Point!

First off this is a typical car dealership, so you can expect the typical strategy. I purchased the car with the tire indicator light on, and was told it was because the car had new tires. Now i know why the car has new tires, the front two tire's sidewalls are completely bald now after a thousand miles. I took the vehicle to get it aligned and it was very off, even though I was told the car was checked over thoroughly and received an inspection before I took it home. The so called "inspection" was washing it down with water I assume. Also when I got home that night, the tire was completely flat 0psi. I tried airing it up, but you could hear the air seeping rather quickly. Thankfully I had fix-a-flat to solve that. But the issue still remains, they sold me a car with their "it's fine" lies. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. TL;DR- Bought a car with new tires, front 2 tire's sidewalls are bald after a thousand miles, and a hole in the front tire.

After checking other dealerships and considering a trip to Denver for a new car, I decided to drive from my home in Bryant across town to North Point Toyota due to a contact from Hong She in response to an inquiry. I called Hong to let him know I was coming and he was at the door to greet me. Originally I decided to get another Sequoia after owning one for 13 years, but decided that downsizing was a better idea. Hong noted all the things that I liked about my Sequoia and helped me pick the perfect vehicle. I chose a beautiful, blizzard white, 4 Runner Limited, 4WD and I love it!! Chris, the sales manager, was very personable and worked with me on a price and James Williams was wonderful with the closing. I will ask for Hong again when I get ready to buy another car and I have recommended my sister to him if she buys a Toyota. I have handed out Hong's business card to people because I was not only impressed with his help in the showroom, but also through the next two weeks. If I had a question about the vehicle or had a problem with the operation of something, he answered my call on his cell. I would also like to note a contact with Ms. January in maintenance/repair. She was a pleasure to work with and had a great sense of humor! I'm used to high pressure and so long. What a difference to feel that a dealership/sales associate cares about you when the vehicle is sold and driven away. It's a 45 minute drive from home to North Point. It's 10 minutes to Landers. I will go the North Point distance for purchase, maintenance and repair , It's worth every minute. Thank you for being outstanding!
