Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Sequoia from this dealership. This is the 9th car I have purchased from them. Needless to say, the Certified Pre-Owned is worth anything. Had multiple problems with this vehicle right of the bat. Fuel tank would not accept gas, the wrong windshield had been put in the vehicle, an annoying whistling noise occurs when driving into the wind on a windy day, and one of the rear seats would not work right. They gave me all kinds of excuses varying from "you damaged the car" or "you had a pint sized bottle of milk in between the seats and that caused the brackets to warp". Most of the time they flat out accused me of lying. Also, we had a tire well come loose and was partially melted as well as other parts come off of the exterior. Never got anything fixed without out having an all out battle of wills with them and having to complain to the general manager. They fixed the seat reluctantly and said this was an act of goodwill from the dealership. I told them about it while still under warranty and they said I could bring it back any time in the future and they would fix it. They do not honor warranties. You better right down dates and who told you what and keep meticulous records because they will try to screw you out of every last cent. I even asked to bring the vehicle back during the first week of the purchase because I could see the vehicle had been damaged somewhere but they refused. No Satisfaction Guaranteed at this dealership. They never did fix the whistling noise. I even took a service technician for a ride and he heard it. Wonder if just replacing the rubber seals on the door might help? duh... They know that buy denying me that it is not work me hiring a lawyer and litigating it with them. The service used to be good here, that's why I kept coming back. Not any more. Buy here at your own risk.. and have a lawyer on retainer. I almost feel like the bad treatment is malicious. I have bought 3 Sequoias, 4 Tundras, a Tacoma, and a Highlander from them since 1999. All were new except the last Sequoia. Live and Learn.

I purchased a new vehicle, Toyota Avalon in September 2015. The TOTAL sticker price was $38,492.99. With the Discounts from Toyota and with my trade in value, the new car price was reduced to $28,368.99. The two major problems I have with this are as follows: When the purchase agreement was written up, What I did not notice was that they had marked the car's purchase price with discounts up to $29,870.99 from that of $28,368.99. An add on of $1,502 above what they laid out for me. I was taken aback when I saw this figure. In addition, it was stated on the car sticker, there was a Vehicle protection pkg valued at $299.00. This package listed the following items: Lusterizing Sealant, Sealant Cleaner, Fabric Guard, and Rental Car Assistance (unsure what this is) yet what I received was Lusterizing Sealant. So added charges were made on claims that were not delivered on. In addition, I purchased a ding shield warranty, with the understanding it would fix dings on the car, yet when I read the contract, found it fixes no dings, it states interior wear repairs and the windshield. It is very difficult to read these contracts and they know this. I feel victimized yet I did have the responsibility of looking this over before I signed. Did not notice the difference at the time. This is why I feel I cannot trust businesses anymore, and why car dealerships get the reputation they get. I have not been able to determine why the $1,502 more., please read over your contracts very thoroughly and do not feel rushed as I did. Be careful what you sign off on. I will be contacting them. My greatest upset is with the Finance Person. I feel he knew what he was doing and I did not. Unfortunately, I just thoroughly looked over my papers from them last night. There are some other questionable concerns as well. I am considering contacting the State Attorney General, Toyota Headquarters, and Better Business Bureau If I cannot get a satisfied answer.

I will admit that I do not enjoy car shopping at all! But, that was before we visited North Point Toyota and met an outstanding salesman in Marvin Love. Marvin took the time to listen to us and showed us many good options. He has a great personality, good humor, and a solid work ethic! We traded one vehicle in and bought two more from him. Great experience from their entire staff. We will go back to North Point and Marvin Love for our next purchase.

My husband took his 2012 Toyota Tacoma for a Regular Oil change and to get a Diagnostic on A/c as it wasn't blowing cold out of passenger side. This was on a Friday and Saturday morning my husband went to go start his truck to go to work and he forgot something in the house and when he came back out OIL was shooting everywhere under the hood of the truck so he ran and shut it off. It was coming from the OIl Filter they replaced. Its all over everything under the hood. On Monday at 7am we went to service dept. They are now towing our truck to dealership (that was just there for an oil change) and going to clean up the mess and redo oil change. Will have to do a diagnostic to make sure no other damage has occurred. At first they did not offer any refund of any kind as I spent $199 just for oil change and diagnostic that Friday. I had to ask that they tow the truck, clean the oil mess and I wanted them to fix the hose/line on the A/C at no charge for the mess. The only thing that was offered was a rental car for my husband to drive. If I hadn't asked they would not have offered anything but to try and clean it up. The worse part of it is a retired friend is wanting to buy the vehicle and was going to drive it one more time and transferring money that Monday it had to go in shop. Now we are not sure he still wants to purchase because of the mess. The money was going to be used to get my husband a better gas mileage vehicle and down payment on a car for my daughter going to college in 45 days. Just very disappointing an oil change mishap was from a Toyota Dealership. The only thing nice I can say is the service advisor was very nice. Saturday when I talked to Sales Manager he was trying to give me a sales Pitch to trade in the truck if they guy didn't buy it. NOT APPROPRIATE AFTER we had just had poor service and OIl all over our truck. We asked to speak to Service Manager and the Service Advisor went and talked to him but Service Manager never came out to see us at all. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The service provided as a part of the warranty on a new car is excellent. Scheduling a service visit is easily done online. The service technicians are clean, professional, and do excellent well documented work. Also, I had an accident and the fault was with the other driver. The collision center worked cooperatively with the insurance company. The collision center work was of outstanding quality. Froms sales to service and repair - Northpoint is a great operation.
