I went in to buy a new Honda on a weekend, the salesman forwarded us to his manager for final negotiations. The manager proposed their final offer however we did not accept their final offer and suddenly the manager crumpled all the paper work, shouted at us that you're not a buyer and left the room. Worst experience that I had with dealers! Never gonna go back to Fowler Honda. Extremely impolite manager.

This dealership is a JOKE! I went to fix my car. First I was told that it will be fixed next day. But it ended up 10 days to fix the car. The receptionist at the service department has no clue about courtesy and customer service. This dealer has NO professionalism, customer service, courtesy, and respect for the customer. Unfair service. It was terrible experience.

I went in on sat. to buy a new Honda ridgeline,they did not have the color we wanted. So the dealer said we would have it on Monday.No truck,Tue. no truck,wed.come in at 10 and it will be ready,no truck.Got a call to come in at 1pm,hope it is ready. All I'm saying don't tell me one thing and do another. Is service going to be that way? I wonder!!!

They worked on my car Honda 2007 0n the same issue 3 times and still guessing and not fixed yet! Payed nearly $1000!! No one answer the phone/no communication or any understanding yet! Asked them to top the fluids (they didn't do it)!!! Managers are not available to take our call or return our calls!!!! I not sure if they know what they are doing!!!!!!

I bought a 2012 Ridgeline. I felt almost like I had been mugged. They even called and was ask to come back in to lower mt payments and it was going to end up more than the original. The guy must have thought I was stupid and he was going to try to take advantage. I, however learned to add and subtract a long time ago. I would never buy a vehicle here again.
