First off, David Stanley did not get my title to me in time. I had to call the dealership and let them know my paper tag they gave me a month ago was out of date so they asked if I could drive down to Norman from North OKC to get another tag and they would give me gas money. Never got the gas money but I did get another tag. Ended up getting my title about 18 days after my 2nd tag. Therefore I got penalized by the tag agency almost $50 extra. The finance guy told me the service dept would take care of my 6 open recalls, that never happened. Check engine light came on within almost 2k miles. I got my oil changed at one of their dealerships last week and the next day I had a warning sign come up on my dash panel, I take it to get looked at and it says I have contaminated DEF fluid in my system. David Stanley denied adding any DEF fluid. 100% lie. Refused to help me out. Reached out to the dealership, absolutely no help or guidance from them. They said when I bought the truck I purchased the warranties but it was never found that I did have said warranties... Most corrupt unprofessional management I have ever had to deal with. I'm looking at spending nearly $2000k+ To get everything fixed.

Bought my truck brand new Aug of 2015, they saw me coming. I traded them 3 vehicles and wasn't upside down that much on those but wanted a truck. Found a truck I liked never saw a price or what they was offering for my trades, I'll admit that was my mistake there. Payments 799.00 a month with my mom cosigning. Dec 19th 2015 went down cause I got told oh we can do something to help you out on the truck. MAJOR WASTE OF TIME. Ran my credit and mom's again oh we can't do anything try to refinance it in a few months. Even the sales manager at the time said if he can't do anything I can't either. I was in a xxx moment cause managers can make stuff happen at good businesses. Flash forward to March 5th 2016, was supposed to meet with a Mike Patterson when I got to the dealership again false hopes and promises got told he wouldn't be in for a while by a sales person then after 30 mins I was out the door cause we can't do anything. So I called the lady who set up my appointment with Mike and some other manager who was from Texas came out and said I don't know any Mike guy here. The best thing you can do with the truck is leave the key in it at a Walmart parking lot and let it get stolen!!!! At this point I was pissed and left. Called and talked to another person there he said oh you are only 8 grand upside down on the truck. Made the appointment but had family matters come up when I called him to tell him sorry I think I'll keep the truck for now he was very rude and said thanks for making me wait all morning and hung up on me Since then I've called and they can't do anything well they don't want to fix their mistakes from the past. Which mind you I've had the truck for 8 months still nothing from them such as a contract nor did it have a window sticker. Kinda sad they took advantage of someone who would have been a returning customer but as it stands right now because of them I am about 20,000 upside down on this stupid truck. I will not drive 3 hours again to this "dealership" waste of fuel and time and money
