Every experience was a nice change from other dealerships we visited. I first stared with talking to Jerry Effinger on the phone and then met him and Josh Eckley at the dealership. Both gentlemen were easy to work with and knowledgeable about the cars they had in inventory. My husband was not able to be with me so it was nice not feeling pressured or lied to. Norman is an hour and a half drive for me but I would make that trip again if I was looking at vehicles. Thanks for helping me get my daughter in her first car!

Eric was an amazing and personable salesman. He is definitely not your average "used car salesman" he took the time to get to know us, what we wanted, and did not waste our time selling this and that on the car. Eric recognized right off the bat we had done our research. We got down to brass tacks, we were treated with respect and dealt with on a professional level. I have purchased five vehicles in the past and never thought I would be able to use "trustworthy" to describe a salesman. My husband and I plan on purchasing another vehicle soon and will definitely find Eric to walk us through the process again along with recommending friends and family. Now, the finance department..... We traded in a car that had little pay off we came into the store with pre-approved financing and just needed to go sign the papers. When going into the office with the finance gentlemen he informed us that the car would be paid off in 10 days... it was not.. after 20 days lapsed the car had not been paid off, but David Stanley had received the full loan amount from the bank. When calling back to the finance department after being charged with the next month's car payment we were informed that "10 days' is the norm but by Oklahoma state law the dealership has up to 30 days to pay the car off. We are now at day 30 and the car is not paid off. We still have not received our call back from the finance department as informed and cannot seem to nail anyone down, yet the car traded in is on the lot for sale...but still not paid off. For this reason we are very upset with David Stanley.... and really do not want to return. Eric was contacted tonight about our issue and contacted us immediately advising he was contacting his manager and the manager of the finance department to figure out what the situation was and get a resolution. He is really a diamond in the ruff there and possible just saved many future purchases.
