Who Helped Me:Cashier was personable and friendly.
I received first class service from the moment I called to schedule service. Initially when I called I asked for a quote on my service, which they gave me. I took my car in on the day scheduled and the service I was to receive became a little more complicated. Before they did anything on the extra's that were discovered they gave me a call and let me know what they had found. I felt good that they gave me the call so that I could give them the OK to continue. When I picked up car I asked the service rep if I could see the part and with no hesitation He said, "Yes". I looked at this dirty part that was brought out to me and I could see why it went bad. As I was paying I signed up for Ford owner rewards. Made me feel good to receive benefits from Ford that I can apply to my next visit or parts that I may need. I heard that Ford may be doing away with this award program. I'm sorry to hear that this may happen, I feel that the Awards program should be continued. It is a real incentive for customers like myself.
