Todd Roberts was very through and professional. I called me one day asking questions, called the next day to drive several cars. Within 20 minutes he had 4 cars for me to consider, we drove all of them and then he gave me pricing. We emailed each other, arrived at a mutual agreeable price and then drove that vehicle and finally purchased it. Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with!

She LOVES her new Highlander! Marne, Sean and Mike provided excellent customer service and were fun to work with and we laughed a lot. They listened, found what we asked for, all without pressure. We highly recommend working with this sales team! The new Highlander is my wife's car. I'm still driving the 2004 RAV (with 285,000 miles) that we bought from Norton 11 years ago. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks - you are the best. We love Toyotas! In fact, I run a non-profit in Bolivia and we just purchased our second Landcruiser in La Paz. Toyotas are the ONLY vehicles to have when driving on treacherous roads in the Andes! Thanks Toyota for a great product wherever you live, and thanks to Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa for a great buying experience.
