Never regret that I purchased my Kia Optima from Southwest Kia Mesquite. Benny and Tim make me feel like family everytime I show up scheduled or unscheduled. Of all I have to worry about every day , I never have to worry that if I need them as relates to my car they are always welcoming. I work for a large Hospital here in dallas where we pride ourselves on patient services. But I often tell the Physicians and Nurses they should check out the customer service I get and I witness at Southwest Kia Mesquite. You guys are the Epitomy of perfections. Kudos...

I came in this past weekend for a routine oil change. Carlos was my service advisor. He always has such a positive attitude, never appears rushed or pushy. He's always going the extra mile for his customers. I asked for a small favor and he did not hesitate at all. I had gotten a makeup compact stuck in the cup console and could not get it out. He said it was no big deal, and could get a small tool to pop it out. I don't expect something so silly to get taken care of, but it's those things that give your service department such a good name. My car was washed and vacuumed out, I even told him not to worry about it, because I knew how filthy it was (embarrassing) but nonetheless it was still taken care of. I also want to mention Benny Gonzales, he is the one who greeted me, is always very cheerful. He has also been my service advisor before in the past and get's 5 starts too. I do recommend that service advisors have their name on the pick list menu below. I work in sales specifically (retention). These guys you will find are what keeps your ratings high and customers satisfied.

I took this car in for an alignment. Was told it could not be aligned because it needed struts. I had the car checked out by another mechanic, he told me that the car did not need struts at all. But that a ball joint had a problem because of a wreck it was involved in. I don't like any mechanic anywhere telling me my vehicle needs something it doesn't need, and that is clearly what happened at the dealer. Quota be damned, it is not wright.

I recently took my car in for general service and was told that it would take about 2 hours. I always wait for the car because I have no one to pick me up/drop me off. I sometimes wonder into the show room just to have something to do. Usually I tell my service manager "I'm going to the show room - no matter what they may tell you I am not buying a new car TODAY". This time I forgot. I wanted to find out the value of my 2006 Kia and even though I told the person, Angela, very clearly I just wanted the value, someone told the service department I might be trading the 2006 in and the service department stop work on my car. This caused me to be at the dearlership 4-1/2 hours. I am not happy with that outcome even though I'll take responsibility for not alerting my service manager, it is very aggravating to find out that while I'm killing time waiting for work to be done, work has stopped without asking me and quite opposite of what I told the sales person!!!

Mike A. and Eric H. handled the purchase and trade in a very customercentric manner. Could not have asked for a better experience. Went to several dealers before working with Mike/Eric. They are light years ahead of all the other folks. Just can't enough about how they put my needs first and went out of their way to make sure my requirements were being met.
