I bought what I thought was a "certified" used vehicle (BMW) from Honda of Midland. Within 6 months of owning the vehicle it spent at least 2 months (if not more) in the shop. The vehicle has extensive FLOOD damage when sold to me, which none of this was disclosed. I have sent the car in for service 4 times, and often left with more issues than I had before I took it in. Honda of Midland is an unethical company, who does not back up their motto. I am stuck with a vehicle that I can not trade in, and can not sell to another person due to the flood damage. I continue to struggle with this company and get no where. I do not recommend doing business with this local dealer. Since the time of purchase, the dealership has gone through several leadership changes, and each new person guaranteed the issues would be fixed. Here we are 8 months later, with no help and I am stuck in the same situation I was in before.

I came in knowing I was going to buy a Honda. I just didn't know what model, so I drove the CRV the Accord and the Civic, but ended up with the Civic because it fit more the price I was willing to pay. I am very happy with my purchase. Kalyn. my sales rep. was patient and helpful.
