I see honesty and sincerity in both Allison Maxon and Kevin Tran. We went to a different dealership before Stevinson and we spent hours trying to negotiate with them. We didn't get what we want and went back to Stevinson. In less than an hour, we got the deal that we want, signed the contract, and went home happy and satisfied with our new car. Kevin and Allison were amazing. Great customer service!

BEWARE OF SNEAKY, DECEPTIVE SERVICE WRITERS!!!!!!! I contacted the service dept and scheduled my vehicle in for recall and inspection issues. I informed the writer that was all I needed. When I arrived to drop off the vehicle I told the writer I had an appointment and he went and retreived the work order. When he asked me to sign the order it was discovered that a oil change, filter change, etc., was added on by the first writer (who I scheduled the appointment with). The new service writer crossed that off. I don't know if this is Stevinson's normal mode of operation or not but, in my opinion, this was a blatant attempt to turn a quick buck at my expense. SHAME ON YOU STEVINSON TOYOTA! My advice to anyone who would still utilize them is SCRUTINIZE any and all paperwork/work order(s before signing or you may find out you had work done that you didn't want or need. There are several other trustworthy dealerships out there.

Hi, I apologize for the confusion. Evelyn (the woman that made the appointment) must have miss understood and signed you up for an oil change as well as the recall. Luckily the service advisor went over the paper work with you to keep us from performing work that you did not want. I’m sorry that it may have appeared that we were trying to add unneeded work to your appointment, but it is quite the opposite, we were reviewing the work to be performed before we did it to keep any confusion from happening.
