We had a great experience purchasing our new Hyundai Santa Fe from Jonathan. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with. When we didn't find the right one to start with, he kept looking for us and followed up by phone. The management team that we talked with was a little pushy and I definitely felt like we were being "sold," but overall, it was a great experience.

I have never dealt with a more upfront and down to earth salesman. I worked with Spencer and every step of the way, he was understanding and actually listened to me. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into making my car buying experience enjoyable. This dealer in general is fantastic. They're hours are amazing and they offer free car washes for life which saves a lot of money in the long run. I will purchase every car I ever buy from Murdock. I can't say enough good things about Murdock! Great company to work with.

I bought a 2012 Hyundai Elantra and have nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. We felt that you weaseled us into buying a car we really didn't want. You sold us on the extra warranty; but you forgot to mention that there is a deductible. Just after two weeks of owning in the car we had a problem with the back seat. As we were loading my then 3 day old son into his car seat the back seat wouldn't stay locked. We called and made an appointment to have it looked at. I took it in and you guys were so overbooked I couldn't wait much longer so I decided to make a second appointment. My wife took the car back in and you explained to her that there would be a charge of $50 plus any parts. That made my blood boil. I thought how could you charge us for something that was probably already broke before we bought it? After much pleading and begging like Oliver Twist, Casey Bingham finally agreed to have it fixed for free unless there was parts needed. Casey acted as if I was taking money right out of his pocket to have it fixed. The backseat just needed minor adjustments but no parts were needed. I thought that whole experience was unnecessary and you made yourselves look terrible. I thought I would let you know that I am never planning on doing any future business with your company. I plan on telling my friends and family about this whole experience.

Doug, Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize for our own lack of communication or inability to get your service handled more effectively. Feedback from customers like you helps us to get better. We appreciate that. It sounds like the service needed was provided within the terms of the warranty agreement but that we didn't communicate those terms properly at the time you purchased the car. Again we apologize for not being more clear about the warranty terms. It is not our intention to mislead or hide anything from our customers. We'll review this with our sales and finance personnel to help improve communication of warranty benefits with all of our guests.
