Absolutely HORRENDOUS service department. After buying a new Jetta from them and owning it for 2 months the trunk latch broke so I took it into customer service. After 2 and a half hours of me sitting in their lobby not knowing what was going on they finally came and got me, telling me it was all fixed. As I was driving away they came running out and said they had confused my car with another and had dismantled some parts. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. A few months after that my windshield cracked in half inexplicably while sitting in a protected parking space. I took it in and they told me "tough luck buddy." Long story short, Ken Garff VW Orem has TERRIBLE SERVICE. If you do decide to shop here, you will regret it if your car ever has any problems. Look elsewhere.

We went to Ken Garff to check out the Passats but ended up buying a 2013 Touareg. Our salesperson was Jonathan Duerden. He was the one who just happened to come out as we drove up to the dealership. We found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He called, texted or emailed us almost everyday as we were making our decision to see how we were doing with selling our car and what we had decided about buying. We appreciated that, as he was never pushy, just interested. We found everyone else in the dealership to be very friendly and helpful as well. Overall it was a very good experience, and I would recommend Ken Garff.

I walked on the Ken Garff new car lot and was looking around. I wanted a new VW Jetta, but didn't know how to go about getting one. Chase Cornett approached me and asked me if he could help. I told him that I wanted a new Jetta, that I didn't have a down payment, and I needed my payments low. I thought that that would be the end of the conversation right there, but Chase went on and described a possible way for me to get into a new Jetta. We jumped in a car and went on a short test drive, but still my hopes were pretty low about getting the car. We went in to Chase's office and he presented a plan that I would be able to purchase a new Jetta. I couldn't believe it! I was totally unprepared for this, but to make a long story short I drove away from that car lot in my new 2014 Jetta! I have now owned it for about 2 months, and I like it better every day that I drive it (every day). I have been in a couple of times to the dealership since, asking little questions, and Chase always took the time to help me understand things. I highly recommend the Ken Garff Dealership to anyone who is looking for a great place to buy a car! Joe
