While looking around I received absolute great service from Israel Sanchez, I was a bit confused at the beginning about what I was looking for but on just a couple of minutes of talking with him, he managed to somehow bring up a 2013 Honda Fit that just hit the nail on the head, I'm happy to have received service from Israel he made things more clear and less stressful than they should be I felt like I was treated more as a friend rather than a customer, though the process of paperwork was time consuming it's well worth the shot. Thanks Israel for such great service.?

We went to Larry H Miller Used Car Supermarket with the intention of finding a specific Jeep model we had found online. Ray Martinez, our salesman, was friendly and helpful in locating the car. The jeep we wanted was in the process of being purchased by another party so Ray directed us to another Jeep. During our test drive Ray asked us questions, got to know us a little better and at the end of the drive suggested another car for us to look at. I was impressed with his gentle sensitivity to our needs and the car he suggested turned out to be better than we had originally wanted to buy. Instead of disappointment we were able to purchase a better car. I'm grateful for Ray's help in finding the best fit car for us. He was patient, never pushy and endured many questions. We have our new (used) car, it drives like a dream, we love it and are satisfied with our purchase. I have NEVER enjoyed shopping for cars because the "game" is so tedious. Not so much at Larry H Miller Used Car Supermarket. We were treated respectfully, everyone was friendly and courteous and not once did we feel like we were getting a poor deal. We walked away winners thanks to Ray really taking the time to understand us and what we needed. Thank you Ray, mechanics and staff at Larry H Miller Used Car Supermarket in Sandy, Utah!

If you end up at this car dealership, work with Benjamin and Joleen. This was a NO hassle car shopping experience. We were asked our needs and wants, and Benjamin and Joleen delivered. We appreciated the respect of our budget. We were not pressured to purchase outside of it. Joleen was great with the numbers and extremely pleasant, and Benjamin was a perfect gentlemen - - very personable and kind. We were pleased with our financing and appreciated the excellent customer service we received.

We weren't quite sure what vehicle we were looking for and our sales associate seemed very eager and helpful to find something we were comfortable in. After test driving a couple, we were able to find the vehicle with the features we wanted. And the sales associate was very nice to connect with our kids. The Contract and Bid process was definitely way too long, and the Sales manager talked way too much. If we were at ease with our choice, the Sales Manger didn't really help the process. . Finally, after over an hour of bid and contract negotiation, Wendy was very helpful to finish the financing and contract with us. Overall, I was a bit disappointed at the small size of selection, the organization of the lot, and the frequent interruptions from the Sales manager. I was very satisfied with the Sales Associate's help and the way they let us and our kids climb through the vehicles to see what we liked. Things I wish they could improve: Organize your lot by type, better (we walked around a bit too much to only see about 4-5 vehicles); Present Carfax or consumer reports upon conversational questions; and Reduce the haggle time.
