These guys are great when you buy or lease a car and are very attentive but after I turned in my lease it changed 360 degrees. They didn't notify the leasing company that I turned in the vehicle. It took them 22 days to pay off the lease and I spent 2 weeks trying to get someone to help me. They were real good at sending me to voicemail and not returning my calls. It was only after they realized that they were in violation of Utah law that they finally responded (Thanks to Rich Arvay for finally getting it done). When I'm in the market for a Nissan again, I won't be getting one from Tim Dahle and won't patronize them ever again.

Who Helped Me:Brian Hammad, Karl Nygard, Sergio Santos
Brian, our salesman was wonderful. Karl, the sales manager was professional and courteous. However, Sergio (the finance manager) was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, lied to us, mis-communicated information to us, and left out important information at the closing table. Sergio made a point of telling us he had been there all day and was ready to leave. He was annoyed that we wanted to review the contract before signing it and when I approached the sales manager about information he had left out he followed me into the office and began waving his hand while raising his voice at me. I stepped into the office and closed the door to avoid further conflict and Sergio followed me in stating that closing the door was not fair or appropriate. He nearly blew the entire car deal out of the water. We closed the deal with Karl, but during that process we could hear Sergio down the hall yelling and disrupting the process. He was extremely unprofessional and had the price of the car been any higher I would have walked away entirely.

Who Helped Me:Ben from Customer service and the Finance lady Mrs. Woodward
So I went in for the 100,000 mile maintenance for my 2010 Nissan Titan that I love and I started out with Ben at the service counter. Ben was exceptional in his proffesionalism and being a fellow veteran! He worked with me and was kind and courteous to my needs and my wallet. I then was looking for Josh Edson whom I have purchased 3 Nissan Titans over the years. Well it wasn't long before Josh was showing me the 2014 Pro4X Nissan Titan with all the bells and whistles on it. I just for fun told him to see what he could do to put me in it if he could keep my payment the same as what I already had, he did his magic and the next thing I knew I had just traded in my 2010 for the 2014 and my payment with the upgraded truck and warranty was only $8.00 more than what I was paying now. I couldn't belive it! Thanks to the awesome team there I am loving my new Truck oh and by the way Josh my wife grounded me from you until I get this paid off! LOL!

Josh Edson is the best. He knows what he is talking about. I wanted to rent one of the rental cars and he helped me get the best car for my needs. I definitely will come to him when it comes time to buy a new car.
