It was a great experience buying my 2015 chevrolet sonic. The sales associate was really professional he explained the process of buying a new car very well. One thing that I reall liked was that he didn't pushed me at all to buy this car. It was a great experience I would recommend this dealership if you're Planning on getting a new car.

I purchased my car in December of 2013 and I purchased their Total Care Auto plan that does oil changes and has the interior and exterior protection plus, which I pay extra for a month with my monthly payment. Well this morning I noticed the paint was scratched on my front bumper so I called to try and see what I needed to do to get it in to get it fixed and the guy, Clayton Penrod, who talked me into this "protection plan" is now telling me that because there is no dent the policy will not cover to have this fixed. So what the xxx am I paying for?? It shows on their site: "Total Care exterior protection includes both Paint Protection and Paint-Free Dent and Ding repair. For five years, Paint Protection guards against deterioration, fading or oxidation caused by sun, weather, dirt, humidity, household detergents or salt air. If, at any point during coverage, there is damage to the paint, we will repair it." So how is it that the last line reads if at any point during coverage there is damage to the paint we will repair it...but they will not honor what they promote?? After this experience I will NEVER business with any part of this company because they are crooks who don't honor their own word.
