Ignore their message about calling Rick at 602-336-1492 because all you will get is his voicemail..if you are lucky. We were ready to buy a vehicle and needed them to tell us if we put down a deposit , they can hold it for 7 days since we come from out of town and didn't want to pay for the deposit and plane tickets just to get there and not able to buy the vehicle. We were on emails, back and forth with Richard cetwinski who decided to ignore all emails and phone calls for five days when we were trying to figure out travel plan. After repeatedly calling and leaving voicemail, We finally were able to talk to another sale person who told us the vehicle was sold two days ago. We wanted to talk to a a manager so this guy, Joe took our information but NO ONE never called back after a day. We then tried calling one more time and Joe said the manager had something urgent comes up. Interesting how no one in this office can make time and felt like we were begging them to give our money. We found a similar vehicle and wanted them to come down $400 to match the price of the vehicle that the other guy was supposed to sell to us but decided to screw it all and go offline for some unknown reason. Well they would not do that because they CANNOT admit that their sale person suck and that they made a mistake. I understand that this dealer has one of the best prices out there, but skip it, not worth your time or dignity for people who treat their customers like dirt just because they have the best price, that can only go for so long. Oh and to top it off, we called the phone number that they slapped all of over their webpage and social media to file a complain. Well we get to talk to a receptionist who is just as incompetent as the rest of the sales people. She insisted that there is no Richard cetwinski when we have talked to and emailed with the guy for over a week. We then was transferred to another rich, must be the manager to LEAVE THE COMPLAIN IN A VOICEMAIL. I'm writing this to save you the time and frustration. Just pay extra $400 and buy it somewhere else. Totally not worth your time.

I put starting offer in for a white 2014 Chrysler Town & Country this afternoon and spoke with the person in the title box. I did my math ($20673+8.05% tax)+2% license & registration fee) which totals to about $22730 (not including the $199 vehicle theft registration and $399 dealer docs and admin fees (which I assume was standard fees from previous vehicle bought somewhere else in Phoenix) and made a what I think was a reasonable offer with a wiggle room of $600 ($199 + $399) at $22,500. Joe calls me back and tells me we're $600 apart, and continued to explain bottom price, etc, etc and they want to sell the vehicle and they did not want to go under on a vehicle. So, just as I mentioned to him that I read the carfax on the vehicle and told him the vehicle was bought at an auction (thinking maybe we could split the difference between $600) he quickly said "This conversation is over! That is the price and that's what we're going to sell it for!" (with a take it or leave it attitude) and hangs up the phone. Now I understand that they are competitively priced than the other ones posted on autotrader and the dealership has to make money to pay for the giant overhead. But geez! This guy's attitude over the phone was insane! All that over a "this car was bought at an auction" comment which was available free to the public on autotrader's carfax link. I am calling again tomorrow, yes they have good prices, you just gotta get over the bad apples.

I have been very pleased with the entire purchase process from Bill Luke. The first contact a new car buyer has is the sales person and everything will get either better or worse from that point. I must say that Lionel Herbert, my sales person, from the first handshake to the final hand shake when driving the new car off the lot was quite an enjoyable experience. From that , I have purchased three other new cars from Lionel over the past two years. I have recommended Bill Luke and Lionel to other people that have thanked me many times for a great buying experience.

Came to Bill Lule to look at used cars since they have a great selection. At first the experience was pleasant enough but after being passed to a new guy since our original sales person, Lionel, was too busy with other clients we informed that they did not have time to help us with our questions. Lionel handed us a card and rudely sent us on our way. Apparently unless you know exactly what you want, have no questions, or purchasing a new car, steer clear of this place!!
