I just purchased a new Honda Accord and the sales experience was quite good. My salesperson (Roy Freda) was honest and low pressure. They offered a price I couldn't argue with and negotiated on the extras. I have serviced my vehicles at this dealership for years and I find them to be accurate and honest. I didn't even consider going anywhere else for my new vehicle and that is rare. Give them a try, I think you will be pleased. I'm a repeat customer for good reason.

Seriously nice experience. I've dealt with rude and arrogant salesmen in the past and anticipated another this go round but Shawn was perfect. Not "creepy friendly" or "cold and condescending". Engaged in good conversation filled with massive amounts of information on the car I purchased. Everyone from financing to the guy that saved us when we ran out of gas on a test drive was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful family they have at bell honda. I will be back.

The downside of having your car serviced is that you know you're always going to spend some money. Whether it be a simple oil change or a major mechanical repair, you need to be able to trust that your service advisor has you and your car's best interest at heart. I have had a wide spectrum of repairs done on my 11 year old Civic, and Anthony has surpassed all my expectations when it comes to service advisors. I once stopped going to Bell Honda for my car's maintenance due to a bad experience with another service advisor who is no longer there. Thanks to Anthony, I'm happy and very much satisfied to be coming to Bell Honda for all my car's needs once again. Thank you Anthony for always offering great customer service!

It appears no men work here... What's with the practice of honing in on and circling a perspective customer like a piranha before that person can even get out of their car? Felt like I needed a lion tamer's chair and whip just to be able to get out of my car. Let me get out of my car, stretch my legs and look over the lay of the land before pouncing on me. And did I mention - LET ME GET OUT OF MY CAR? Wanted to talk to a salesMAN about the CRV Lease - attempted 3 times during the day -but the vultures were circling at each attempt, so I never even put my car in park - I just left - let me get out of my car, Let Me Get Out Of My Car, LET ME GET OUT OF MY CAR! Are you people really that hard up to make a sale? If so, that doesn't say much for your dealership...
