I have bought three vehicles from Theresa, no hassles, no nonsense, great service. None of the "going back to the sales manager" to work a better deal. I will buy every Ford vehicle in the future from Theresa even though Berge is literally on the opposite side of the valley from me (45 minute drive each way).

I posted this Google review and received a response from Berg...I was told to call 480-497-1112...a non-working number! So I called the main number and was put into the customer service manager's voicemail. Still haven't heard back. Don't let them fool you into thinking they are taking care of their issues! May 10, 2015 we bought a certified pre-owned 2011 F350 dually with 22,000 miles. Less than 6 weeks later, as we were returning from a camping trip on the Rim, we noticed a bubble in the driver’s side front tire. We changed the tire and realized the tires are 5 1/2 years old. Even though the tires have a reasonable amount of tread, the age of the tires deemed them unsafe. We placed the tire with the bubble in the bed of the truck until the next day when we could contact Berg. The temperature was cool and only reached mid-80's but when we looked at the tire that afternoon it had burst. Thank God we changed it because we wouldn't have made it even a few miles without a blowout...a disaster when towing a 16,000 pound trailer. We brought the truck to Berg the next morning where we were initially told all the tires would be replaced. After a couple of hours the manager called to say Berg would not replace all the tires even though he felt it unsafe. Well, after several phone calls and elevating to someone of an unknown position who makes decisions like this, they told us they would replace all the tires, albeit that we would have to pay $600 towards the cost. I don't know about you, but if you spend $50,000+ for a 'certified' vehicle you would think the tires would last longer than 6 weeks! We went to pick up the truck and they replaced all the tires except the spare, even though the service manager said he wouldn't feel safe driving his family on that tire! It makes no sense to go through all this effort then fall short of doing the right thing!. This is the 3rd truck we've purchased from Berg and we've had all the service done at Berg on the last truck, but this experience will be our last with Berg. Too bad, we thought they were a reputable company that believed in doing the right thing by their customers. Disappointed!

First, I would like to apologize for the miss-print on the telephone number and that it caused a delay in the resolution of this issue. I spoke with Walter S. on Wednesday, May 27th, 2015 about the tires. We did sell Walter a CPO vehicle that he had a blow out six weeks after purchasing our vehicle and while towing a 16,000-pound trailer. Walter knew the tire tread was good but the fact the tires were 4 years old; he questioned whether they should have been replaced but went ahead with the purchase of the truck anyway. During our conversation towards resolution, Walter also mentions that he did not want the factory tires put on but wanted to up-grade the tires to Bridgestone Duller Reeves II and he is willing to pay the difference. I called Walter back after checking on the price and availability, I told him that Berge Ford would pay $1,000 towards the purchase of the new Bridgestone Duller Reeves II with Walter paying $100 per tire ($600 total) towards the price of six new tires as a good will gesture on behalf of Berge Ford; he said that was not only fair but more than fair. I had the service department order six new tries had them installed with the white walls in, as requested. I also had the service department do a front-end alignment at no charge. There was no discussion about the spare tire before or after the installation of the brand new up-graded tires; after our phone conversation Walter said he was completely satisfied. Then, even after completely satisfying Walter’s requests, this on-line review was posted by Walter’s wife with the mention of an issue with the spare tire. We have gone ahead with replacing the spare tire for Walter and his wife. I have personally taken care of Walter and this situation with a sincere effort to resolve his concerns. Dealt with Steve H. who was great. . Worked the price to a reasonable point and did not insult us with slimy sales techniques. Took care of some warranty work days after with full satisfaction. I was never able to get my the front alignment corrected at Berge Ford. I ended up going to San Tan Ford and they corrected the front alignment first trip. San Tan Ford has a more experienced group of mechanics. I now have over 26,000 miles on my tires and their alignment has my tires wearing evenly.
