My husband and I arrived at R&B auto and immediately Jim Moore approached us. He was not overbearing and answered all of our questions. This was a fast and smooth purchase with no haggling and no pressure. Jim and the staff were very professional and treated us like valued guests. Arrowhead CU was also on site for financing. The dealership even had food catered.

We made sure we did our homework on the truck we wanted. So we knew when we arrived what we wanted, it was just a matter of driver the truck and making sure the Carfax and carguru reports were accurate.The salesman John was awesome and knew we knew all about the truck so did not try an talk us in to anything else or try to sell us extra things we did not want. We were in and out in 2 hours.

I went here on Memorial Day looking for a specific car that would meet my needs. I originally found out about this location through the USAA used-car website, since that's my auto insurance company. This dealership had a car, that I liked, for a decent price. The car that I was interested in, was the 2012 Smart Passion Coupe. After being on the lot for around 3-5 mins, I was approached by Jim Moore, and given a test ride in the 2-door car. The car itself ran pretty normal for having 43,550k miles on it. The part that really bugged me, was that Jim didn't know that much about the car itself and wasn't talkative either. Let's just say that I knew more about the car than he did. After tooling around in the car, we headed back to the lot and went straight inside to talk numbers. Long story short the numbers did fit my budget, and I got the car for an exact $7k, which included the licensing and fees. It was a great deal to me. By the time everything was signed and I was ready to go, Jim had finished taking the decals off and dusting the car outside. This part kinda made me upset, for the simple fact that they didn't even wash my car nor vacuum the inside of it when I was ready to go. Also they shouldn't be promoting things if they're not going to abide by them. What do I mean be this? Well, while finding the car online I noticed that the car came with an offer. The offer stated that 50 gals. of free gas would be part of the deal, if the car was purchased. Jim didn't mention this offer once during the process of buying the car, which made me annoyed. Overall, it was a meh to an a-ok experience because of the $7k deal. Other than that I will not be referring you guys to anyone.
