Rock Honda wanted my feedback so here goes. Worst service I have ever had in my entire life (includes any and all) heres what happened. I took my car into get serviced for an odometer/speedo that wasn't operating, now being a bit more car knowledgeable than the average man but lacking in mechanic tools i took it in to get a few wires tested, hey $135 for them to check a few wires, just because i didnt have the time or tools to do it myself win for them. *** Not only did they take an extra 2 days but had the nerve to charge me and not even diagnose the problem! After 2 months of buying more and more parts i had faith that they at least diagnosed that problem. NOPE! guess what it was, after buying multiple gauge cluster checking wiring from front to back and what was the last thing i had to do? Check the part i specifically asked for in the very 1st place, not only did i lose money but i lost time with my wife and kids, and the only time i spent with them was arguing why i couldn't take them out or this or that. So to any and all don't waste your time with them buying or servicing your vehicle. Oh and btw i have a xxxx near immaculate 93 honda civic hatchback, completely stock (restoration project NOT street racer and 500,000 miles strong and trying to join the 1 million mile club) when i got it back they had taken out my ECU and "swapped it to test" supposedly who know maybe they jacked my other good ECU and replaced it and on top of that they left it a mess left the ECU cover and bolts all over the floorboard, no kind of organizational skills by the supposed team of specialist" worst ordeal that ever affected my life.

I think all of these other reviews are bull and written by sales people. They give no details at all. If you are a true consumer you will give detailed info - wouldn't you?! Bought a 2015 Honda Pilot SE 4WD on Oct 13th. Jerry, Internet Sales, was nice but would not budge on the Internet price of $31370. It was a fair deal being that this was the ONLY Honda dealership in So Cal that had this model in stock (ggrrr). I bought my previous 2006 Honda Accord from Rock and swore I would not buy there again due to the Service Dept was awful the 5 times I went. Found Spreen Honda and their Service Dept was and still is OUTSTANDING! (Wish Spreen had this dang Pilot in stock). Long story short, I was handed off to Tony which I was prepared and qualified with Capital One - check in hand to pay for the SUV. Of course her goes the haggling which I wanted to skip - I was getting upset and said "Just sell me the dang car". Finally get to the financing and Cedric handled this - he was nice but a good sales man and ended up buying extended warranty, clear coat protection, and of course GAP. All said and done I wait for the delivery, and while waiting Cedric walks me over to the Service Dept to schedule the clear coat protection with Andy - he takes the paperwork and says he will schedule on Friday 16th in the AM as I requested - PERFECT! Than I think, maybe Rock Honda has changed. I ask if I can come back since I need to get someone to drive the SUV home since I have my Accord still. After everyone told me 'No', Cedric got the approval. Said the SUV will be ready when I get back. Come back 1.5 hours later and no its still not ready. I ask Tony and he keeps saying a few more minutes. After waiting another hour I finally get the dang SUV. So has Rock Honda changed - NOPE!! OVER 2.5 hours for the delivery!! Really?! Ok, so now for the Service Dept. ANDY never scheduled me. I called to confirm the day before and Richelle tells me there is no appointment! EXPECTED IT and that's why I called. Being upset and frustrated Richelle gets the appointment set up. She says to bring in the paperwork for the job, and I explained this was given to Andy by Cedric. She says 'No problem, should be in your file'. Drop off SUV on Thursday night and confirm again with Richelle and give her heads up husband is dropping off as he has a temper if everything is not ready. She states no problem. And she was right! She was great and always on top every time I called her. She lets me know everything I would run into with the clear coat. I get there to pick up the SUV and Richelle is not at her desk, so a gentleman asked if assisted. I stated no as waiting for Richelle. He stated to the girl next to Richelle's desk to assist. She says OK and never ever assistance while I stood there for over 15 minutes. Richelle gets back to her desk and apologizes for the rudeness. I told her this is the reason why I no longer come to Rock - WISH I bought from Spreen but they didn't have the model I wanted :( Don't go to Rock unless you get a steal of a deal but do not use the Service Dept unless you deal with Richelle only! Back to Spreen Honda
