This was some what frustrating but ultimately I'm very happy i did it because it really made me appreciate the service I received at Tustin Nissan. My salesman - Ryan, was very laid back and honest. More importantly, I feel i got a very fair deal on my trade in and my new truck.

I dropped my old Infiniti yesterday for extended warranty work. Carl Cookerley greeted me as usual with his big hello. He explained the work to me and the time needed to get the part. In no time a rental was ready for me. At the end of the day, I got a call from Carl that my car is ready to go. This morning I went back to Tustin Nissan. I was greeted by Carl and Bob Richmond who has always helped me as well. Carl took few minutes to finfish my paperwork, took the time to answer all my questions while calling the guys to pull my car out. In no time I was on my way to work. I have known Bob and Carl for years at Tustin Nissan and they were both efficient, courteous and extremely helpful, one of the main reasons why we service all our cars at Tustin Nissan. Thank you both!

This is the worst dealership experience in 38 years of car buying. I responded to add for new Altima 2014 S Model . The car salesman had no idea that they had an add on line. Initially they told me the wrong cars were the ones in the add. They dragged me around 3 lots for over an hour trying to find the car. After it was found in Santa Ana I still had to negoitate the price as the Sales Manager was unaware of sale. and would not honor price until I showed him the add. Only after 3 times and my insistance did he finally honor the price. Best Part is yet to come from this dealership. After the car had already been cleaned once it was taken again to the service area? After a long wait for the Finance Manager Oscar we finally were getting out of there and were stopped because the Vin number did not match. Unbelievable . We had to go back in for another hour of B.S apologies from this incompetent staff. The worst is yet to come! While we were once again filling out the paperwork, the car was switched,yes switched with another car. A basic model ,the same color. We have paperwork proving this and are proceeding with legal action against this dealership. Stay away

I arrived for my first service on my Altima, i thought this visit was going to go bad in the beginning because I was ignored by a "Bob" as i walked in, then as i was going back out to my car to wait, i was approached by Daniel and asked if i needed any help, he was already helping someone at the time, and he directed me to Justin who was just finishing with a customer. Justin was great, he was attentive and very polite, he got me in for my scheduled service quickly and even had my car washed once finished. These gentlemen are the reason i will come back for future services. Thanks again guys !!

Alright, let me tell you how horrible these people are. On Friday, August 22nd I went into Tustin Nissan looking to lease a car. I told them I wanted to lease and was interested in leasing a Nissan Maxima. However, the sales rep, Wilson, tricked me into signing the contract for owning a car. I had signed the contract under pretense I would be leasing this car. They had not given me any of the information required as well, but as a first time leaser/buyer I was unaware. They had not informed me of the cooling off period, nor given me my credit or who had financed me or the cancellation option. It was after I went home did I realize nothing was powered such as automatic windows and automatic locks and mirrors, which was not what I wanted and being unsatisfied. I went back to the dealership on Saturday, August 23rd, as soon as possible. Being a reasonable person I tried to work things out and get things settled. This time I met with Dan, the sales manager and he heard my story and tried to help me out. He looked into leasing a Sentra and showed me all the numbers, put it on the computer with my credit score and what my interest would be and it turns out leasing a nissan Sentra wold be $240 after taxes per month for 36 months with no downpayment. He told me to come the next day because he needed to call the bank and approve of this since I was approved for the Versa only. I went back the next day to see Dan, and he told me it was approved by the bank but that the amount would actually be $270 after taxes per month for 36 months which made no sense to me since he had showed me on the computer what my price would turn out to be. I wanted to question him but he said he was leaving for the day and would let the others sales people know what was going on and to wait. Hours later two sales people come out and tell me the Setra would cost me $328 after taxes per month for 36 months. Furious with the constant change in prices when I was originally quoted $240 per month after taxes for 36 months and the other sales people would not show me how they got these other prices. So on Aug. 25th 2014, I told them I do not want anything and I do not want to do business with them and left the keys and the car and let them know where it was parked and I wanted to cancel the contract since it was signed under false pretenses. They then told me that I should have bought the cancellation option if I wanted to return it, but they had not given me those options before the contract had been signed. Therefore, I was unaware of the cancellation option. I have further contacted the agency and the financing offices but they are unwilling to help me and have just had me go back and forth to different departments. Finally, after days later a sales manager said he would help with the unwind and to call him back on Tuesday. So I waited on on Tuesday called to find out he had resigned. I then called the general manager, Milton Kahn explaining the situation telling him what had happened and he said it was not a good excuse to unwind a car deal and that he cannot help me. He said the money has been financed by Nissan Motors and when I asked him for the number he told me to google it. Finally after telling them I am going to file complaints and reports they tell me they'll unwind the car. I go to see Milton again and he tells me he needs the car and two sets of keys and $514.00 in cash (Cash only he said but he is a liar) I told him I do not have the car since I returned it to the dealership and he said one of the sales returned it to me. There was no confirmation and I had not received it or even knew the car was dropped off. I told him that and he said I had no proof that I had returned the car saying I did not sign or have anyone sign but I told him Nissan has cameras and that the cameras are enough proof. He then said and I quote, "Well maybe the cameras didn't work that day." I even have it recorded for proof. I don't like be threatened and these people are the worst. Please whatever you do check their ratings on the BBB and all other social Network sites before you decide to come here.
