Overall - Great, friendly and prompt service. Clean and presentable dealership. Everyone in the dealership greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I set an appointment with Brian Nguyen. He was very informative and very personable. He made the stressful experience very enjoyable and he genuinely wanted to help me. He didn't have a hidden agenda like some car sales people. He even called after the car was sold to check up on me. An amazing experience at Toyota Sunnyvale. I've been recommending Brian to all my family and friends that are in the market for a new car. I would definitely do business with Brian again!

I purchased a Toyota Prius and had a great buying experience. I requested a quote online and started working with a Direct Sales Manager - David Garske. David was very thorough in answering my questions via email and provided a detailed and accurate quote - in contrast to other dealerships that responded with stock emails. When I met him in person he was very knowledgeable about the car (his family owns 2 Prius'), genuinely excited to help me buy a car and efficient in completing the process as quickly as possible. Overall - best car sales manager I've worked with and would highly recommend him.

I had been searching for days online about what kind of car I wanted but was getting no where. So I decided to take a gamble on actually going in for one of the cars I had saw online. The second I stepped on the lot within 5 minutes, I was assisted by one of the sales representatives named Josh. He was friendly, took me straight to the car I was looking and explained step by step the pros and cons of the car I was looking into. At first I was a little skeptical about the car and the price that was listed but Josh compromised and helped meet the standards I required. When all was said and done he went the extra mile to buff out and shine up any spots on the vehicle I had purchased. His quality of service was astounding and always came with a genuine smile and eagerness to help accommodate. Bart also helped the finance process move along as smooth as possible. On the inside I had millions of questions of what was this and what was that. He calmly walked me through step by step of what meant what and exactly what I was signing and getting myself into. Not once did these two individuals make me feel rushed and pushed into the situation. I would recommend this dealership overall whether you are looking for a beater car to get you from point A to B or something a little more permanent.
