We just purchased a car with the assistance of Logan Marcouillier. We came from a distance and had been to four dealerships from Santa Cruz to Palo Alto. Logan was extremely helpful, patient and easygoing throughout our entire buying process. His friendly demeanor was approachable, but never pushy or overbearing. He was willing to help us find the right vehicle, where ever he could. He stayed late (after the lot had closed) to show us around. He was very attentive, but not too much. We kept in touch thru texts which made things very convenient. When we made our final decision Logan, helped us with negotiate the price, answered finance questions, car feature questions and he even connected my phone to the blue tooth. It was all a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Logan and Sunnyvale Toyota to anyone who was shopping for a Toyota.

After exchanging a few messages with an internet salesman in two days, Diana, Internet Director, took over. She agreed to my offered price for a 2015 Prius Four and asked me to see her the next day. The morning after, I noticed Toyota offered more buyer incentives and I brought it up to Diana. Within five minutes, we came to the agreed price and she had it printed as confirmation. This is my No. 10 Toyota and none of my previous nine ones that smooth. I am not sure if I would encounter another similar experience in my future purchase again. Diana, you made my day. Jessica, an associate, finished all the paper work and Sean did the financing thoroughly. Thank you.

Nobu Ishihara a great sales guy with passion and kindness to customer. My cars break made noise on first day I bought it from Toyota. Nobu Ishihara prompt discussed with his manager to fix it. He is a responsible person. But, cars appearence is not good with damage of paint. I could not find out it before I order, because of under many dust. If I have enough time to choose car, I might changed to another one. This is not connect to Nobu Ishihara review, it matters on Toyota.
