We were helped by Marius Coroiu in the Direct Sales organization, and Marius really went the extra mile to help us try out different cars and help us find the car model that we were looking for, despite the process taking a while and our model being in short supply. We never felt pressured to make a quick decision, and Marius kept an eye out for the model we were looking for until one finally arrived at the dealership. He then worked with us late into the night to finalize the sale. Overall the staff at Toyota Sunnyvale were very friendly and helpful, and prices were verycompetitive.

We were so impressed with our welcome by Ahmad in sales, appraisal of our current auto by Roy, greeting by the general sales mgr.,Bill and the financial paperwork handled by Mike. The entire team was responsive, low keyed, exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to take time to answer all of our questions, to confirm our understanding and reassure us as we moved through the buying process. Every one went beyond his job description to help us. We experienced extraordinary customer service. We had come to just look at plug-ins at 3 different car manufacturers' showroom. Our first stop was Toyota Sunnyvale. We never went to the other car dealers and ended up buying a Prius Plugin the morning of our visit

This was the most awesome experience we have ever had in over 40 years in buying a new car. The entire staff of Toyota Sunnyvale was quite friendly and helpful. Our primary salesman was Ahmad Hatamieh. Ahmad was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and worked hard on getting us, in my mind, the best possible price on our new 2015 Highlander. It is no wonder that Ahmad's customer service skills consistently earns him top salesman of the month awards. He spent a lot of time working with Reisa Grimaldo and Bill Benak to nail down the price and terms that we could live with. Reisa and Bill seemed to have taken a personal interest in making sure we were completely satisfied before sending the deal to finance where we were handled by Mike Wess. Mike took time to explain all aspects of our purchase. He discussed the various extended warranty and protection plans, but at no time did we feel like we were being pressured to purchase a plan. A special thanks to Diana Kennedy and also to Feroza Shiek who played a big part in recommending Sunnyvale Toyota.

I've had bad experiences with dealerships in the past so was so pleased with the honest, straight forward approach of Toyota Sunnyvale staff at their used location. Everyone was friendly and helpful--even down to providing 6 foot two sales rep to sit in the middle of back seats of Prius and Prius V so I could select right model for driving my growing teenaged grandsons. They didn't brush off my many questions about hybrids and before I left today, I had full idea how to use the car. I will take their class on driving a hybrid so I can take full advantage of the excellent engineering and ecofriendly car I purchased. Shehzad Bashar was very accommodating in also helping me connect my smart phone to blue tooth and learning how to use the full technology package after providing overview of available Prius and Prius V models on the lot. Ross Ludwig gave me indepth review of past owner and what had been done to leased car to bring it back to like new condition. Bart DiCairano made sure I understood all the financing terms, benefits of certification by Toyota and value of warranty package. I never felt any high pressure but rather helpfulness in insuring I understand the various plans and readiness to make sure I left fully satisfied with the service.

fI you want to buy a Toyota, go to Toyota Sunnyvale! I was there for six hours, and I couldn't made up my mind to Priuse and Priuse C. During the whole process, they are very patient, answer every question I have and let me test drive whatever I am considering. Next day, for some other reasons, I need to return the car. They still help me out and make sure everything is being taking care. I feel sorry I waste a lot of their time, but it is a very good experience to work with them.
