This is not our first purchase, we never Ever purchase on the 1st day of looking. This was a first, our Salesman, Robert Giroux was so good with us, he showed us exactly what we asked for. A salesman that really listens. He even went as far as coming to our home to pick up documents needed to complete our purchase, that was at 11pm. I wanted this car. The whole experience was absolutely "Best In Class" excellent customer service. The whole staff was friendly, I even enjoyed sitting with our financial officer. I've already told my friends and family, if you're going to purchase a car, you need to go to Infiniti Dealership in Roseville. MKitchens

The purchase of our Q50 at Sacramento Infiniti could not have been a more pleasant experience. We had used the internet sales department on our last car purchased at Sacramento Infiniti so we started there via a link from their website. Nicole France contacted us shortly and referred us to Steve Harris. We wanted to try out a QX50 crossover and Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable answering our questions. Since this would be our fourth car purchased from Sacramento Infiniti, he just handed us the keys and told us to take it for a test drive. When we returned, we thought a look at the Q50 sedan might also be prudent and my wife was very impressed with the changes made as compared to her 2010 G37 convertible... which is saying quite a lot. After I got behind the wheel, I had to agree. Now the dilemma, the QX50 or Q50? We decided to sleep on the decision and look at inventory online at home. She decided on the Q50 and the selected the color and options she wanted online. The next day Steve paired us with Sam, the tech geek. She patiently explained all the bells and whistles on the Q50 and once we were comfortable, took it for another test drive. Confirmation made. The negotiations were a non-event, very low pressure, and we got a great deal on the car and fair appraisal on our trade in. Brad wrapped up the paperwork and that was that. This makes four Sacramento Infinitis in a row... a 2004 G35, 2008 G37 (rear ended... great crash protection, too!), a 2010 G37 convertible, and now the 2014 Q50. They're definitely doing something right down at Sacremento Infiniti. I can hardly wait the six months for my first oil change with Rick and the excellent service department. They service my car so quickly that I barely have time to enjoy an espresso from that great coffee machine that puts Starbucks to shame.
