First Oil change, the service department left the oil cap off so my brand new car was smoking in the passenger compartment and all over the freeway (thought the car was on fire). Asked on three separate occasions to fix the head light bulb that was burned out. The last draw was the oil filter compartment was not only left open, but was screwed to the plastic faring under the engine. The service manager said they replaced 3 service workers recently. They replace the wrong ones because the person that always does half the maintenance is still working there.

The experience of buying the car was excellent. Low pressure, friendly people. The experience in the service department is just the opposite. I have been taking my car in every since it was new, is a big pain trying to get it scheduled and once you do the service is touch and go... Took the car in for the 20k service and let them know the emblems were loose, I was told they do not have a body shop so they could not do anything, but the area rep was supposed to be in the next day and they would bring it up to him as it is a warranty item. They will most likely have me take it to the local body shop to have the work done. Brittany said she would call the next day and let me know of the decision, the where and the when as this would be covered under warranty. That was 5000 miles ago and still have not heard a word. I called to make a Saturday appointment for the 25k service which is tire rotation and to once again check and see what they were going to do about the loose emblems but really got irritated with the hassle of trying to get an appointment for 20 minutes of work... I am looking elsewhere to get my service work done, and when I find it, they will be the ones we purchase our next vehicles from not McMinnville Toyota...

I took my wifes car in for a tune up, The service manager called my wife trying to push a 500.00 tune up/service package. I called him back and told him no just a tune up. In return i got charged 140.00 for 4 spark plugs and 30 min. Of time when i should have recieved 4 spark plugs and a throttle body cleaning. Beware: they promise one service and give another when you dont fall for there sorry sales pitch. Our car will NEVER go back there again and i will defer people to salem or portland.

The staff here was awesome!! The salesman was absolutely no pressure!! Was drawn in by an '08 Smart and with zero I mean ZERO pressure I bought it! The salesman let us have the key for a test drive no problem, no hassle didn't seem concerned if he was gonna make the sale or not. He let the car speak for itself which was awesome he was there to answer any questions we had. Then the finance staff went above and beyond and got us a killer interest rate! This was hands down THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had!!! Definitely worth your business!!! I'll be FOR SURE buying my next car here whenever that time comes!

I took my Toyota scion in to get checked out because it had randomly xxxx off one day, and thought taking it to the manufacterer would be best. Apparently I was wrong. Jack the service manager changed one fuse and the car turned on, he assumes it was "good to go". But on my way home I noticed that the passenger window would still not go down. So I called him and conveniently he had already went home for the day, so I took it back in the next day after I got a call back from him only to argue with me and give me excuses like "we didn't check the whole car" or " we were in a hurry we all go home at 5" really? That is not good customer service or professionalism. I went in and spoke to the owner, and he made jack inspect my car like he was suppose to the day before.( just a big waist of my time), don't try to get your car serviced at Toyota, just because they sell them doesn't mean they know anything about them. Really was a big disappointment. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I'm so pissed right now, they called me back saying that they found out other stuff was wrong with it & of course want to charge me 300$ more to fix it! He admitted that the spark plugs are 99$ which 72$ of it is for labor. Ridiculous! I felt like they owed me a discount for my time...:(
