A person called us to set up a date for a service appointment for our year old Camry. We also received an email confirming our appointment. When we arrived they couldn't find us in their system and couldn't even seem to find that we had bought our car from them. They acted like we were at the wrong place. They finally did go ahead and check our new car and change the oil. I was just glad I had brought their email along confirming our appointment date and time.

Routine 40K service was done in less than one hour. Waiting area is attractive. Good basic coffee is free and not all the food offered has to be purchased. Spacious waiting area with comfortable seats, state of the art restrooms, and reliable WiFi. Adequate work space at the desks, generally quiet except for the Television. Have ToyotaCare so cannot comment on cost / value. Service adviser was very responsive to my requests.

This is an innovative company all the way from how green they are in their practices to the sales process using iPads. Ajay was a great salesman -ask for him, warm and honest. The one price deal is real - none of the crazy back and forth stuff with someone in the back room. Would buy another one today if I needed it!

After all, without our valued customers all we have is a shinny new building. With reviews like yours, we feel a great sense of pride in the decisions made. We sure appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Shhhhh here's a little secret ... Ajay loves adventure. Ajay just returned from a hiking trip where he lived off the land under his feet for 3 months. Even through his grown out hair and full scruffy beard, we knew he was truly special.
