I now have a new family, Wilsonville Honda! It started before I arrived with Kathleen on chat. Gaylen met meet at the door and WOW it only got better. "Purple Gramma" was awesome!!! All the people behind the scenes made my experience so great, I was astounded. Wendy crunched numbers and found the perfect number for me. Then came Brandie, not only did we learn we were neighbors but she finished the marvelous package that I walked out of Wilsonville Honda a very highly satisfied Customer!!! To one purple gramma to the other purple gramma, You are my angel of mercy. I am truly blessed to have had this fabulous experience not to mention my crimson civic. I had the pleasure to assist my good friend in his quest to purchase a new car and wanted to take a moment to say a few things about Michael Kinsman and the great people over at Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda. The customer service my friend received at Parker Johnstone was superb in every regard when compared with three other Honda dealerships he dealt with in the greater Portland area. Michael Kinsman was the primary customer service rep, and I can honestly say he was the most honest, most caring, hardworking and dedicated customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my 53 years. And note that I didn't say automotive customer service rep. I intentionally meant ANY customer service rep, and that is really saying something when the best customer service rep you have ever encountered has chosen to work in automotive sales. We were also very impressed with the great service we received from Geri Reeves and Jeff Gilmore the day we showed up unannounced to ask some questions when Michael happened to be out of the office. Again, Geri and Jeff went to the nines to make sure my friend was well-informed and well taken care of. And when it became patently obvious where he would buy his new Honda, Michael and Terri Jennings stayed in the office till past 10:30pm to make sure his buying experience was done to his complete satisfaction. All I can say is that the folks over at Parker Johnstone were a real breath of fresh air compared to what you might encounter at other automotive dealerships - a true team of dedicated and committed professionals that treat customers fairly and honestly with a genuine sense of concern for their customers' complete satisfaction and well-being - all topped off with a real zest for what they do. When my wife and I start the process of shopping for a new car, we will definitely pay Michael, Geri, Jeff, Terri and all the folks over at Parker Johnstone a visit - and we have never even been Honda owners!
