I gave the excellent rating due to the friendliness of all personnel I had any dealings with. Vern Chieves, the Internet Sales Manager, arranged to give top dollar for my trade in. He went over what my wife and I were looking for and picked out the perfect car for us. He arranged a 9.49% interest rate loan to replace the 29.83% loan I had been stuck in for the last three years due to my mediocre credit rating. We are a retired couple and expect to be using the Audi A632 for many years although we will be dealing with Lithia first on any future automotive purchases.

I don't know where to start. Had problems with the car as soon as I got it home. I was back every week for 5 weeks. Some repairs I was told I had to do on my own since they were "wear and tear" items and not included in the warranty, that in the end never needed to be done as they did not fix the problem. The team of mechanics did finally fix the problem. like I said 5 weekly visits later. I live 100 miles one way from them, I work 2 jobs 7 days a week and had to keep taking off work to deal this this crap. I said to the service center " you are using up my warranty driving back and forth for the same problem" At one point I was going to exchange for a different car, had it prearranged with my lender. As we looked a other cars, the salesman started an acura, looked great but was making a strange noise. I said that doesn't sound right? His reply was "oh that's just how they sound when they get wet"... it was raining that day. My reply was "My brother has an acura and it doesn't sound different when it is raining. another response I was told about squeaky brakes was " that's how you can tell you have quality breaks" I ended up keeping the original car I purchased because I figured no matter what car I purchased from them I would have problems. Then not long after all this I got an oil change... The serviceman checked my in-dash air filter and it was disgusting, he said it was the worst he had ever seen, Oh yes and the hood struts don't hold up the hood. I have bought many cars in my life and I have to say this was the worst experience ever. I came in pre approved yet they ran my credit thru 3 other places with out my consent. I will never purchase an automobile from this company or probably any Lithia dealer again. If there were a way to give no stars that is what I would have rated this place. I would like to check both sales and service but only lets me check one.
