From the moment I walked into the doors of the Sales center and was greeted by Shawn and Derick I knew this was a different place. Little did I know how right I was upon my initial greeting. They both greeted me with courtesy and kindness in their demeanor. I told them I was there to do a test drive on a vehicle I saw on-line. Shawn offered to accompany me since I was not too familiar with the area. There was good conversation in the car while on the test drive. No "sales" pitch, just questions asked and knowledgeable answers given. Even took me on rough raods to get a real feel of how the vehicle rides. Upon return to the dealership I had the opportunity to sit with Derick, (Shawn had another customer to assist) and explain what my wife and I had been through with 3 other dealerships thus far in our search for our next car and how extremely frustrating and disappointing the service and attention we had gotten and were really hoping that Titus-Will would be something different. And it was. It was something special. Derick sat and listened to my concerns, my worries, my goals in the deal ect ... he was attentive, sympathetic, empathetic, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and willing to do what ever it took to make sure we felt taken care of and enjoyed the most out of the experience of buying a car through them. I had a trade in that they were so kind to take and give me Blue Book value for, pay off the remaining $1500 I owed and even dropped a few hundred off the sales price of the Camry we were looking at and that was after the price was already reduced previously. The numbers were as good as they were going to get and that's not them saying that, its me, the buyer. I knew what I wanted, I knew what the car was worth, I knew what I didn't want to happen and that evening I had the task of going home and convincing the wife that this was the place we needed to deal with. And that is no easy task to comfort the weary wife. After I accomplished that goal of convincing the wife, I was back in touch the next day via email and phone calls to Shawn and also Chris (manager) about the deal. Timely returns in the emails (always a plus) and Shawn even went to the point of texting me when he had updates on how things were going. Might I add they also were able to tint the windows of the Camry we wanted ... free of charge! I'm telling you, this place is ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We set up a day to come in and purchase the Camry a couple days later. As my wife and I arrived we were greeted again same as before, smiles and nothing but superb respect for our desire to be happy customers and their evident desire to give a elevated level of service I have never seen or experienced at a car dealership. A quick signing of a couple documents and trading of keys and they brought us out to look at the car. This was my wife's first time seeing it. She LOVED it! And the tint looked amazing (thanks guys!!). We then were taken by Derick to begin the dreaded financial paperwork part of the deal. We had already been approved and were going to finance through BECU, which they were able to accommodate. Derick offered us free coffee or any drinks we wanted while we waited and even gave us a couple of free coffee mugs as memento. Waiting slightly longer than we had anticipated, but ... we found out why (smiley face). Kim (the most awesome finance person there) actually pulled a higher credit score for us than BECU did and was trying to contact them to advise them of that so she could lower the interest rate on our already approved loan!! So once she was able to do that and BECU agreed, we began signing paperwork with Kim. Talk about a people person. She was so kind and attentive to our concerns and listened so what we wanted and never, not once, tried to push anything on us that we were not interested in. We candidly spoke about life, children, financial concerns and budgeting ... it was so nice and refreshing to sit and feel a vibe from a finance person at a car dealer that truly showed she cared for and understood where we were coming from and where we wanted to be in the future. In the eld, we ended up with more than we wanted at a better price with surpassed expectations in every aspect of our experience at Titus-Will. They even through in some car mats they had sitting around because the Camry we bought had none. I cannot stress enough how unbelievable our experience was. In the best way possible. We will be back the next time we're in the market for another car and will be excited to say hi to the wonderful people that assisted us along the way every time we come in for service to the car. To the family owners of this facility, the individuals you have there are irreplaceable. Thank you so very much for making what can be a very stressful adventure, one that will always stick with us in a positive way and for providing an experience we will share with as many people as we can.

I purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot EX-L. I had a wonderful experience from the time I called and inquired to the time I completed the purchase. Patrick was my sales guys. He was honest, straightforward, and to the point. He didn't pressure me to make the sell and was mindful of my time constraints. I appreciated the fact that he showed my the numbers and allowed me to make my choice if it was the right vehicle for me. Once it was time to sit down and negotiate (I hate that part of buying a car) it was easy to reach a deal and I fealt like they were fair. They gave me a great value on my trade and lowered the asking price to make me for comfortable with my purchase. I also dealt with Kim in financing and she was amazing too. Very knowledgable in the work that she does and thoroughly walked me through the paperwork process. She was also very nice and personable. I appreciated the overall experience and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle or recommend friends to this dealership.
