No high pressure or humiliating sales tactics; makes buying a car fun again. Third vehicle purchased here. Same familiar faces for several years. Sales staff, Garrett and Shaun are very knowledgeable and accommodating (test drove 3 vehicles), and Jim the finance guy makes handing over the money as painless as possible.

We had visited three Dodge dealerships since May looking for a Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4 truck. One dealer called every week for months and the other we just about made a deal but would not budge on the price. Our friend sugessted Rairdon Dodge in Monroe. The salesperson Shawn Hudson was very knowledgeable on all aspect of the truck, personable and we did not feel pressured. We drove two trucks that day and when we returned they had the prices down on paper and we made our decision. It was a pleasureable experience, no hassles and we have already recommend our friend to their dealership. They also have a referral program of $100.00 for every referral when they mention your name. We will defiantly be a repeated customer.

Cody Schlicker, was my salesperson, he was very personable, and informative, it was joy to work with him. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day but after showing me the Jeep Patriot on Memorial day and allowing me to drive it, I realized this was the perfect SUV for an older person like me. As a sales person myself I was impressed with the way he treated his customers. I was treated respectfully and with kindness which drew me into purchasing my new Jeep. I was expecting a stressful situation, I walked away feeling great. My salesperson Cody was not pushy he was easy going and made me feel comfortable, letting me make my own decisions.
