I purchased my vehicle from this location in 2011 along with an extended warranty recommended and sold to me by the dealership. Over the nearly four years my car was under warranty I had it in for repairs complaining that the transmission was not shifting correctly multiple times. All but one time I was told they could not duplicate the concern. There was one time while still under warranty that the tech told me "During the drive I can feel that it is not shifting as expected but without an error code there is nothing I can do." The car was in with this complaint one last time on 11/7/14 and we were told once again that there was no problem. The team at the service center was very aware of my warranty expiration in less than 200 miles at that time as I made that concern a priority. On 12/3/14 we were 700 miles out of warranty and less than a month from the last time we reported the issue. The car started acting up once again. We took the car in again hoping that since it had been less than a month since the last complaint they would be willing to work with us. Instantly they found the issue. The transmission control module was faulty and this would cost me $1,240. When I expressed my concerns just as mentioned above, Louanne at the Service desk recommended that I call GM at 1-800-222-1020. I was connected with a claims manager by the name of Stephanie who instantly opened my claim stating that if a judgment for reimbursement was made it would not be affected by the status of the repairs. As the claim was opened I called the service center and asked them to complete the repairs. They called the same day to inform me that the repairs were complete. I picked up and paid for the repairs the next day. After 5 business days had past since our conversation I called Stephanie back to find out that the service center falsely reported that I declined the repairs. I explained this was not true and she re-opened the case. Stephanie called me after another day or two to tell me that the service center was now claiming that the repairs were covered and charged to warranty. I explained to Stephanie once again that his was also untrue. After three more business days past, I got another call from Stephanie stating that the Service Center was unwilling to reimburse any of the charges. This was due to the fact that they were never able to reproduce the problem on previous reports and no error code was present. I asked Stephanie if there was a higher level of authority I could speak to about this matter and was told that there was not and I was speaking to the "highest level of customer service available." The Service techs at this GM location service center are seemingly either uneducated to perform the services/repairs of their own vehicles or are unauthorized to think for themselves. Due to the inferior abilities of this service center, we have paid the penalty of $1,240.

I picked up my car yesterday after spending over $500 for 100,000 mile service, I did not make it out of the parking lot..check fluid light was on..this has happened FOUR TIMES..I have to take a lot of time to go back and get the car again, this is not ok!! If this company thinks anyone would go through this voluntarily they need to think again, apologies are not enough. I would tell anyone never to buy anything here, never go for service here.

We were referred to Harnish by our neighbor Lisa Lilloren-Callinsky who works for them. We met Zack Biswell at the Wallup in Puyallup and were very impressed with his professional yet friendly personality. He showed us a few vehicles and did not try to pressure us into getting something when it was obvious we were not ready yet. We went back to the Wallup the next day and Zack showed us a few additional vehicles and again was very professional and friendly. We went to the dealership and spoke with Randy Shields who showed us a couple of trucks and helped us decide what type of vehicle to get so that we could safely tow our trailer. If you are in the market for a vehicle talk with either Zack or Randy and they will help you find the right one.

We live in Kennewick, Washigton and had been looking for a gently used Jaguar XF online using various websites. We spotted a great looking black Jaguar listed at Harnish in Puyallup, drove 250 miles to the dealership, and were treated excellently by the staff and salesman Charles Furst. We were never pressured into the purchasing the vehicle and everyone was really friendly from Charles, the showroom staff and Bille who helped us through financing. Charles, our sales consultant, went out of his way to show us the Jaguar that was locked up at the shop during the weekend for minor maintenance needed. We were able to view the car and fell in love with it right away. Charles was comepletely honest about the maintenance that was needed to be done on the vehicle and he seemed very trustworthy. We have enjoyed driving the vehicle these past few weeks and really like it. Charles has followed up with a phone call to see how we are enjoying the vehicle and also mailed us the extra key fob he found at the dealership for the Jag. Overall, we had a great experience shopping at Harnish with Charles and all the friendly staff. We give this dealership 5's on every rating category becuase the customer service was excellent and professional.
