I bought my 2nd Kia from Kia of Puyallup last week. Chris Cole was very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Even though I was trading in a newer model and knew most of the Kia features, Chris made sure I knew how everything worked on my Sorento before I left the lot. I've already given his business card out to friends who are looking for new cars as well. Tyler in finance was fast, pleasant, and didn't throw any surprises at me. He even made sure I was credited for the maintenance packages I had purchased a year prior for my previous vehicle, and transferred them to my new vehicle loan.

I wanted to let u know that Rich Purdy is awsome sales person. He has helped us buy 5 cars for kia of puyallup. We first went in 2010 so looked for a car for my fiance at time. He need a car because he is car was rear end and it was old car that couldnt be fixed. Rich was the first person we meet there. He showed us some cars. We really liked the 2009 kia rio. We end up buying it. In 2011 a month after we got married we decide to trade in my 2005 car I had at time. Rich help us get a 2010 kia optima. I loved the car. 6 monthes later we in to get are oil change on are cars we ran in to Rich. While we waited to get are cars down we looked at a 2012 red kia rio. We werent looking for a car at the time. But we realized we need a safer car. So we trade the 2010 rio for the 2012 rio. In 2013 my husband and I wanted to get a better gas milage car. We went in to Rich to looked at 2013 cars. We end up getting a white 2013 kis rio. We leased it. This passed Saturday went in to looked for a blue car. I really wanted a blue car. So we trade my white car in for a 2014 kia forte. I loved this car. So Rich has be awsome sales person each time. I would recommed him to friends and family/.
