I took my Honda in for service on 5/20/15. The service was fine, and the service advisor (Elijah Warren) was helpful. However, the shuttle service was a big disappointment. The driver in the morning who took me to work had the radio on too loud. It was tuned to a religious station. I realize some people may enjoy that kind of radio, but I found it rather intrusive. Perhaps the driver should not have the radio on. When I called back later in the day to arrange the return shuttle service, the woman on the phone was sarcastic and condescending when I told her I did not know the zip code where I was located. The morning driver found the location without the zip code, so I am not sure why it was necessary when I explained to the woman exactly where I was on Arbrook. Her response was "Well, Arbrook is really long." True, but there is only one Academy on Arbrook. And I explained I was just west of the Academy store immediately across from the north entrance to the Parks Mall. Apparently, that was not clear enough for her. She told me it would be 30-35 minutes until I was picked up. After 45 minutes I called back and she transferred me to another number which rang at length without answer. I gave up and asked a co-worker to drive me over to the dealership.

My salesperson Kirby Jackson was the key component in getting this task tackled. He made this process worry free! I purchased a Pilot from Vandergriff Honda earlier this year. I was nervous at first going there without my husband since he know more about cars than I do. But Marcus took great care of me. He was very helpful and patience with my endless questions. Just recently took it for an oil change and still received the same great service as I did the first time. Surprisingly, the wait wasn't long either. My coworker also bought a new car from them recently (thanks to me!).
