Bought car for slightly over blue book after they backloaded the price with a "lower" interest rate. This was ok because it was a nice car and I was happy with it, until...car developed a bad wheel vibration when driven off of the lot after a person was grinding on the rims to remove road rash. This person did not rebalance wheels and now I have a bad wheel vibration at 50-70. These cars have large sport rims and removing material requires rebalancing. Also, the transmission and/or drivetrain started clunking going in and out of gear and hesitated to shift. This is unacceptable on a BMW at the price that I paid. Dealership gave me excuses, and again placed the blame with me. I gave them the car back, they kept my downpayment without explanation (theft) and said they needed it all for a new detail of which I never received when I bought new. I actually had to get the bank to stop payment to these guys just to get them to respond. Folks, I'll be honest with you, this is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with in my 34 years on this planet and now they have changed their name to hopefully lure some new customers in after the audacious reviews from the other people that had similar experiences. These dealership should be shut down by the Attorney General. This customer service is ridiculous and I will not be recommending this dealership or coming back in the future.

I contacted your dealership from an internet profile on a 2010 Mustang. I spoke with Tim from the beginning and I have to say he is the best sale person I have ever met. Your finance lady, I do not remember her name, was so helpful and personable. I will definitely recommend your dealership and specifically your salesman Tim. I will be back for any future car purchases, hopefully Tim will still be there. I am very happy with my 2010 Mustang, tell Tim I said thanks so much for his help on this purchase. John Davis.

Very Bad Customer Service. My Altima is having Ratlling noise and I went to get it checked, they said its the Heat Shield and charged me to fix it. The Noise never went away. I went it again and to my horror they said the Suspension is broken. Ok, if the suspension is broken what the heck you fixed in the heat shield and charged me? Trying to be smart or what? Very very Bad Lack of Honesty And integrity.

Overpriced used car. Did Not bother to detail it even after I called 3 times to have it done they never called me back. 4 months after purchasing I had to have entire rear brakes done. They tried to say that it was a bad caliper but the mechanics (plural) said no way could the pad gone from a 5 when they "inspected" it to metal on metal in 4 months. No mats, filthy car. Found out I have 800$ more in shocks and struts, 300$ more in tie rod work and 900$ in a timing belt. LL this on a 17k car. Yes its used, but there are safety issues and this car should have never left the lot how it was. The GM said there is nothing he could do now that I got the work done and didn't call him first. Really? You think I would trust a call back, they couldn't even honor a detail. Yeah, I work at a huge office full of people with money, lets just say they have all been warned. I will update if they decide to make it right.

Renewed a Nissan Leaf lease. We reacted to a call from them to renew our lease earlier. They grounded the lease of our old car (took ownership of the old car immediately) and promised to pay for it because we are signing a new lease. We found out later that they did not pay for the old car and were asking us to pay for both cars for a few months. They took advantage of our lack of experience with lease renewals and did not honor their promise. They were also very rude in the process.
