A hot Saturday afternoon I was out on the road and suddenly the emergency warning light with a flashing read care and exclamation point appeared. The book said to have it woes to be serviced, which I did. In the tow truck we arrived at 5:00 pm and was able to get the car into the lot and sign paper work. My sister was with me with her luggage as I had been taking her to the shuttle to get to the airport, We had no ride to Longmont. When I asked about the nearest bus stop, Wayne volunteered to take us to Longmont. What a great guy. The repair work, broken water pump etc., was explained and promptly completed. Your shuttle picked me up at the scheduled time and I had my Prius back and running. thank you so much.

Tom was forthright, detailed, honest, and upfront throughout the process. He didn't waste my time and was patient as I made up my mind. I ended up with a solid deal on a car that is great for me. Tom is a smart, charming guy who I recommend highly should you be in the market for a Prius. In addition, John need remembered me from my last lease three years ago and saw me through the paperwork process faster than I have done before. Kudos to John and the team at LHM.

Took my Prius in for its 90,000 mile checkup. This was a big one that requires a lot of things to be done/changed. Dropping off the car was quick. Soon after I got to my office, I got a call from the tech saying I needed to have a belt replaced that was not part of the checkup. He let me know what was needed, why it was needed and the additional cost. This is what I love about having my car serviced at Larry H. Miller Toyota (which is not where I bought the car, by the way). They always keep you in the loop on what's being done and what needs to be done BEFORE they preform the work. No surprises when I went to pick up my car and, as usual, it was ready earlier than they had told me they'd be finished. The techs are always friendly, informative and punctual. Great service.
