FIRST OF ALL AARON JARVIS HAS EARNED MY RESPECT AS A SALESPERSON. MY HUSBAND AND I HAD PURCHASED A TRUCK FROM PERKINS IN 2003. AARON ASKED IF WE HAD EVER BEEN THERE BEFORE. WHEN I EXPLAINED WE HAD PURCHASED OUR DODGE TRUCK THERE HE IMMEDIATELY WANTED TO KNOW THE SALESPERSONS NAME SO NOT TO INTERFERE WITH A PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIP. WHEN I EXPLAINED WHEN IT WAS HE WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP US AS I DID NOT REMEMBER WHO HAD HELPED US. HE SEEMED TO ANTICIPATE WHAT IS WAS WE WANTED FROM THIS CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. OF COURSE WE HAD DONE A LITTLE RESEARCH AHEAD OF THE GAME KNOWING WHAT KIND OF CAR WE WANTED. I KNOW THAT ALL CAR BUYING DOESN'T END IN ABOUT 2 HOURS TOTAL BUT BOY WAS I LUCKY. I am so satisfied to have gone to Perkins Motor Company! In the past I had dealt with another Dodge dealership in town and had a horrible experience. I started on line with Bryan, the internet sales manager who was able to pre approve everything prior to coming in. When my son and I arrived at the business we were met by Ernie, Ernie is a seasoned salesman and has been for many years, He was extremely kind and I felt like he was very honest which I find unusual when dealing with car salesmen. The entire experience all the way back to Bill in finance was an ok experience. Thanks so much

We first contacted the internet sales department regarding the best price they could give us on a Jeep Cherokee. Brittney, the internet sales rep, was very courteous and helpful and always available to answer our myriad questions. At one point, I called her to make sure that one particular model didn't have hail damage (this summer was notorious for some nasty hail storms) at any point, and she even went out, hunted it down, and put her hands on it to make 100% sure. After test driving crossovers at several other dealerships (non-Jeep) and having a less than positive experience with most of them, we finished our day of car-looking at Perkins, where we were connected with Brandon. What a breath of fresh air! Totally easy-going, personable, and helpful, he was also quite no-nonsense and really knew what he was talking about when it came to the vehicles we looked at. Honestly, given the experience at other dealerships with some of their sales staff, I'd go back to Perkins simply to buy from Brandon again. He helped make the process easy and bearable, despite the fact that towards the end of the day I was tired, cranky, and seemingly unendingly thirsty. In fact, Brandon was so very helpful and friendly, that when my parents told me this evening that they're going to buy a new car in the next week, too, I gave them his name and told them not to talk to anyone else! If you're looking for a positive, no-pressure, and dare I say it, FUN car-buying experience, Brandon - and Brittney, if you like to talk on the internet first - come highly, highly, highly recommended.

I purchased my Jeep Cherokee at Perkins and I wouldn't take it anywhere else for service. First, let me say that I am a disabled US Military veteran. As a result of my service I have lost the use of my right foot, most of the leg and I suffer from painful residuals of multiple spine fractures. I needed a reliable vehicle with extras to make driving safer and more comfortable. With the guidance of Perkins' professional staff, I selected a model with features such as adaptive cruise control, active accident avoidance and a back up camera. This vehicle, equipped with these features, has restored my confidence on the road under ALL circumstances and revived my love of driving. Addtionally, safety features alerted me, instantly, when one tire began to lose air due to a road hazard. I was able to safely get off the highway before I had to stop! My wife and I have named our Cherokee "PRECIOUS". The service advisors and staff at Perkins always treat us with the greatest respect. When bringing the vehicle in for service, they have been attentive to our concerns. Service appointments have been easy to get. The work has been accomplished to my greatest satisfaction. I believe in Perkins! I don't have the time and patience to go anywhere else. Why would I? Why would anyone?
