Great sales experience, although corrected the pricing quote twice when invoices were presented. Service for the registration was a bit slow. Nobody was on duty when I arrived for registration/inspection. A little line had grown, but once the staff returned (from a break or maybe a quick errand to another part of the campus) service was excellent. Thanks for the comfortable setting to wait while service is taking place! I look forward to owning a car with you all.

We just Purchased a 2015 Pilot from Honda North. Jonathan Rennicks was our sales person who was wonderful to work with. The entire experience was so much better than most dealerships we have visited in the past. More dealerships should adopt their business model.

I just purchased a 2015 Honda Accord Sport and had a great experience with this dealership and my salesman, Peter Andersen. The process was professional and smooth. Peter was very personable and responsive throughout, giving a thorough presentation of all of the car's features and even syncing up my archaic cell phone for me. This dealership really seems to go the extra mile.

Maybe I just got there at the right time, but this was the fastest oil change and multi-point inspection ever...barely had time to finish the complimentary beverage by the time the service was complete and the car was washed and waiting for me.

I had my oil changed at Honda North and they took care of it within 20 minutes. While I waited I had a free cup of coffee. Very nice. They even vacuum the car and wash it.
