I like the way that they are working here. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Especially is Arta Clark. She's a sale and lease consultant but she's really good. I'm a student and I have to think about everything before deciding to buy a new car. But Mrs. Arta could understand what I thought and how I felt. She helped me a lot when I was confused about choosing the first car to buy for my life. If you don't understand a lot about English, you can come here. Mr. Scott Trail is a good business manager, too. He knew a lot and gave good options for me when I asked him.

Lloyd was extremely professional and helpful in selling us our new vehicle. I had a wonderful experience in dealing with him. I had to come back a week later to have a few items serviced as part of our purchase agreement. The service department struggled tremendously, and Lloyd saved the day. Without him, I would probably still sitting in the service department waiting room, but he immediately dropped all he was doing (he wasn't with a customer), and drove my car down there and took care of it to the end. He didn't just close the sale and forget about us--he followed through and I am extremely grateful for that. I would highly recommend Lloyd to a friend or family member. Thank you Lloyd.

This was a great day for me.It was my first stress free auto purchasing experience. I was lucky because i think i had a real good sales associate called Arta. I felt i knew what i wanted....the versa note but, when i drove it it just did'nt FEEL right. I was dissappointed . I think Arta could feel my pain....Arta explained to me why i was feeling the way i felt and it made sense to me. Arta then said to me,"wait a while, i know EXACTLY what you want."I waited she took me outside and showed me the Nissan Juke. I thought to myself, mmhh looks good,bet its very expensive. I drove it , liked it. REALLY LIKED IT, and decided to myself i would get this car if the price is right.I received a real good discount which was good. However, i had to pay for things like the mats on the floor,tinted windows and some other items in the car... I did'nt want to be picky, or complain to Arta. So, i overlooked that. I think thoses extra charges were comining from the finance dept NOT Arta's fault.Arta went over all the details with me line by line. She even set up BLUE TOOTH in the car for me.My son who is in the Air force and is stationed in North Carolina would have to drive to GA on one of his W/Ends off to set that up for me..Arta waited outside until i drove through the gates making sure everything was OK................AWESOME!! Thankyou Arta....Thankyou....
