I'll stick to the facts. Purchased 4th car from dealership had a problem just outside of warranty for a part that should last 10+ years. I'm not as disappointed that the part failed as much as the dealerships lack of willingness to help. Honda covered half of the repair cost after I contacted them the dealership chipped in nothing zero!! I'm not looking for handouts but after four new cars I would expected a simple problem (less than $1,000) to be handled a little differently. Will never ever go back not even for an oil change.

You had the option and phillip did nothing and even told me there was nothing he could do. I contacted Honda myself and got somewhat of a resolution, atleast 100 times better than what the dealership would do.

This has to be the BEST car purchase experience EVER. I had the most rewarding experience when I purchased my new 2016 Honda Civic. Justin Dietz was AWESOME and VERY low pressure, which appealed to me. Justin went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted in my new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and made my buying experience an ease. Justin delivered all necessary information clearly and was very responsive to questions I had. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I went to crown honda! Absolute worst service and trustworthiness I have ever experienced in my life!!!! I had a fairly new 2012 civic and I went to trade it in for a 2015 CR-V. The guy I dealt with was very dishonest. He took my car and now I lease the 2015 CR-V for $258/m for 3 years. So he basically took my 2012 for free. I didn't know this until I went home and did research. Of course I was angry, I called him back and I told him "you cheated me" and he told me "you are the one who let me cheat you, I can't do anything else for you". I told him I want my car back he told me very rudely "you have your car and I have my car". It was very rude. And dishonest. And I will never deal with this dealership again. I hope everyone else does the same.

Daniel McGreal from Crown Honda has been helping me for months trying to find a car that fit my budget and my long wishlist. He was patient when I was unsure of buying and allowed for me to look without being pressured like most dealers made me feel. He gave me the breathing room I needed in the car buying process. Never once did he make me feel that I was locked in to him or the dealership. Being like that, he naturally made me feel that Crown Honda was the ONLY place I wanted to do business with. He went above and beyond for me and he was very honest the entire time. I really felt like he gave me an INCREDIBLE DEAL. Crown Honda beat out so many dealerships in my opinion. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The finance guy, Johnny was so nice and took the pressure off of us when talking about warranties. I was skeptical, but he never made us feel obligated and actually helped me be able to afford a much needed warranty. I am just blown away by the entire process. This dealership is what car buying should be--HONESTY.

Buyers please beware, they use some type of wax or something that can cover up scratches on cars before selling them. Also make sure to check all car accessories are available. Sales Manager was rude and raised his voice upon bringing up these issues with him. Never ever going to deal with this dealership again.
