Before taking a test drive I was told that the dealership went through the entire car, and inspected just about everything. When we tried to enter the car the remote was not working. The car battery was dead. After jump starting the car and getting it going, I noticed that the tire inflation system light was lit, which meant that nobody checked tire pressure. Although I liked and respected my salesman, I feel the service department did a disservice to the sales staff. I was told that all would be rectified. The second time I test drove the car after being told all was set. On the test drive the tire sensor light was on again. Is this how they go through cars? I was a little hesitant about the sale. Again the salesman was apologetic and embarrassed that the service department let him down yet again. They did finally make all the issues I had whole but I would hope that they learned something from this sale. There were other issues with the upper management that didn't sit well with me, but, by the end of the day I have to say I got a great deal on a great car Thank you Cannon for all your help. If it wasn't for Cannon I don't think I would have purchased this car. He was friendly, courteous, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. If you do go to Tasca of Nissan I would highly recommend Cannon, as he was just a pleasure to work with.

Over the years I've dealt with several dealerships in the purchase of used and new vehicles. The experience I had at Tasca Nissan was by far the best car buying experience to date. The entire staff was courteous and friendly and there was no pressure at all. I would highly recommend Tasca Nissan, and I will consider the Tasca Group for future vehicle purchases. Ryan Demers was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Matt Cabral was straight forward and fair when it came to pricing and trade-in values. Louie Rezendes was very thorough and concise with the financials. The staff at Tasca Nissan made this vehicle purchase a pleasurable experience.

Josh projects professional and outstanding salesmanship. He was welcoming and made us feel comfortable. He listened to our needs in leasing a vehicle and fully explained the leasing program. He is very knowledgeable and a gentleman. He confirmed his answers with finance support staff, when needed, to share with us the correct information. He also would contact us by phone in a very timely manner when we would leave a voice message during the negotiations of the sale. I could not be there the evening that my wife was picking up the vehicle, but Josh helped me in making the experience special. While my wife was waiting in his office space, he had the car readied with a big red bow on the hood and red roses on the driver's seat. I highly recommend Tasca Nissan and Josh for your salesman!! You won't be disappointed!
