We bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue with the navigation system. At the time of the test drive there was no SD card in the car for the maps, but we were assured they would give us one when we bought the car. Once we bought the car, we were on our way home and noticed the maps were not up to date, as the navigation did not recognize a bridge that was 3 years old. According the information on the map package, it is from 2010. I brought it to the attention of the dealership that the maps were not up to date and the manager refused to to provide the updated maps and told me to buy them myself. I was told these were the maps that came with the car at the time. We paid for a feature in the car that we cannot use with confidence, as the maps are unreliable at this point. As much as buying a car costs, it is unreasonable for the dealership not provide the update. They have lost the business of a young, growing family in the future over a $150 part, which most likely they can purchase from Nissan for far less. The way they handled the situation was deceitful by not having the SD card in the car until we purchased the car. Management seemed more concerned with "winning" this negotiation than working with me to keep my business in the future. I contacted the general manager, Alex Castergini Jr., several times by email and phone. None of my correspondence was returned. The salesperson, Kurt, seemed genuinely concerned and was very helpful. The management is lacking in customer loyalty. Based on the lack of customer service and appreciation once you purchase a vehicle from them and the lack of full disclosure during our negotiations, I do not recommend this dealer. Update: The GM Alex Castergini Jr. reached out to me and had the service department send me the latest version of the maps.I was very pleased that he personally to care of the situation, especially since he is no longer the GM for the East Providence dealership. If i had been treated with such respect from the start, my experience I would have given a higher rating.

We were considering several different truck models including the Nissan Pro 4X which we eventually purchased. After the first visit to Tasca Nissan and dealing with Jon, we actually wished he could have been our salesman no matter what brand we ended up with. Completely professional, incredibly helpful and no pressure whatsoever. He treated my father, my husband, and myself with respect and answered any questions that we had during each of our several visits - Jon never seemed impatient, just sincerely interested in us ending up satisfied whether we bought from him or not. We ended up with the truck we wanted at the price we wanted and, once the decision was made, had it in our driveway just a few hours later. We really couldn't be more pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Jon and Tasca Nissan to prospective car buyers.
