took my car in for an oil change at 3 P.M. and at 3:50 saw it had been done and was parked outside , gave then ten minutes to complete my paper work , then went and asked what was the hold up , they said problems with the paper work , it would be ten more minutes ... I went back in at 4:20 and asked and they told me it would be 1/2 hour to do the recall , I said I wasn't waiting any longer , to get my car keys ... I needed to leave , they said they couldn't release it , that Hyundai's policy was to make the recall first , I then demanded that they get my keys , they lied and said that the oil change wasn't done until the recall , I said I already saw it up on the lift over an hour ago and that I saw they did the oil change and the guy behind that service writer told him to get my keys ...

To buy a Ford go to Bob Bell and find Terry James.She is great,will save you money,stands up for you. I had prices from buying services, tru car,3 other dealers and one I made up. Terry BEAT all other prices on a 2015 Explorer XLT and found me $750 from a rebate I didn't think I qualified for. At Bob Bell there is no double talk and they are willing to bargain even in the finance dept. Steve Tappa and the service dept will keep you coming back
