Went to Christopher's Dodge with my son to buy a truck. Worked with Joe Trujillo. Spent 5 hours in the dealership without ever driving a truck or even knowing what "deal" they were working on with my trade!!!!! Kept being told that they were "working on it". Of course that was when I checked in with them because they were not keeping me updated that is a common courtesy... No follow up afterwards, even after several calls to Joe!!!! Save yourself a bad experience and go to Maximum Auto Search for your used vehicle!!! Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle!!!! Worked with my budget and only took a couple of hours including test driving several trucks!!!!

Losey in the last week Christopher Dodge World, Let me start by stating that the sales team upstairs is great, Randy runs a tight ship and I'd feel comfortable recommending anyone to speak with him. But unfortunately every other aspect of the business is a crap shoot. Below deck is a different story completely. They are over a month out on scheduling and can't even get emergencys covered in a reasonable timeframe. I call service to let them know the brakes on the new truck I just bought are failing and I can't stop, they tell me to come on in and they will test drive to try and replicate the problem...Pretty simple task as all you have to do is roll the car down the road and press the brake pedal right....Wrong. I show up, and they immediately tell me brakes are a wear and tear item, blah blah blah we most likely won't cover it. "We don't want to give you any false assumptions" Rick Lujan the director states. And schedule me an appointment and even though he claims he has never seen anything like this in the 31 years he has been doing this and that the truck is unsafe he has me back in the truck and leaving cause they can help me now. I come back and drop the truck off at my appointment time, missing work and losing my truck in the same day. Little does anyone know, an appointment time just gets you into another line which is open ended and who knows when you'll get your trick back. I ask that dodge meet me in the middle and help me get into a rental car as I shouldn't have to pay large sums of money for my truck to sit in the lot cause you can't fix what you sell in a reasonable time frame. Rick and Stewart both recite their cooperate verbage to me over and over and basically say that they dont back up what they sell and even though it's clear what's happening I have to pay full price to have them take their sweet time working on my truck. To the tune of basically 2-3 truck payments in rental car fees alone, not to mention loss of work time, and loss of my work truck....Which is brand new!!!!!! Long story short Rick finally blows his top and tells me to get out, they won't work on the truck at all. So I give him the proper goodbye and leave AGAIN in my unsafe truck that can't stop. I call the HR boss Art who tells me he will call me back shortly, he calls me at 5pm to let me know he has searched high and low and can't find a dealer who can get me in. I let him know another dealer (Larry H Miller cherry creek) is working out the problems for me as we speak, he hangs up.... You'd think that with all the recalls, lawsuits, and garbage going on with dodge they'd at least be helpful and work out the unsafe stuff ASAP....Wrong. Worst service I have ever had, I'll never buy RAM again and id recomend that if you want to buy a truck to go to another retailer if not a completely different manufactur as these folks will shaft you after your check clears. And let me guess....You'll write me telling me you hope you can earn my business back....well you lost that option after multiple attempts to have you do business with me. I'll have you know im so besides myself I'm contacting the BBB and other protection agency's and I'll be posting this as often and as broad as possible in hopes that it's warning is enough to make people steer clear of your store. No one should feel/be unsafe in their own NEW truck You are crooks and you don't deserve to be in business.

We recently bought our second Ram truck from Christopher Dodge (2500 Bighorn Turbodiesel) and were very happy with the purchase experience. My wife and I take vehicle shopping seriously. We like to dwell on our options before we act and we like to get a good deal. Dealers need to be patient with us to make a sale and Aaron Thompson was a very good fit as our Sales Associate. He was knowledgeable about the different trim levels, and if he didn't have the answer right away, he tracked down the answer and let us know promptly. He was a perfect salesperson for our approach to shopping. Once the haggling began, we spent more time talking to managers, but Aaron was always there facilitating, getting answers to questions etc. We had to haggle with the management a bit to get into our price comfort zone. But we got there, and we love the truck. Thanks again, Aaron. You are a pro. And thanks to the managers for some fun times haggling : )

Great Experience from start to finish. Karl was awesome to work with. He didn't skip any steps and really explained every feature in the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had already visited several other dealerships and was pretty disappointed in their sales processes so it was a breath of fresh air to get the experience I had already given up on. Tip of the hat Karl and Christopher's Dodge!

Who Helped Me:I couldn't get anyone to help me.
I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to help me. There was one man who added winshield washer fluid and that's as far as it went. He walked away and again I waited. No one came to do an intake on my car, or say they're busy but they'll be right with me. I spent nearly $40,000 on a vehicle, but couldn't get decent customer service for an oil change. I have coupons for 3 free oil changes, but would rather go to Grease Monkey and pay for great customer service.
