My husband and I recently purchased a new vehicle from another dealer (Different from Toyota) and we had several issues and returned the vehicle. We test drove 8 different SUV's and met with 8 different sales managers. We actually never met Shane in person, but I have to say we are both highly impressed with his knowledge about the Toyota Highlander as well as his customer service. We live about 45 minutes away and made purchasing the vehicle extremely easy and saved us a ton of time! Shane we cannot thank you enough for your wonderful hospitality!

We purchased a used Toyota Corolla 11 years ago at the former Greenfield Toyota. This car now has 173,000+ miles and has been a great car. When we decided to give this car to our daughter, we were pretty sure we'd get another Corolla. The 3 year leasing deal we were presented fit our current needs and Shane personally delivered our 2016 Corolla to our house today. We're glad we decided to work with Toyota of Greenfield. Shane was helpful at all points along the way.

I decided that I enjoyed driving my wife's RAV4 more than my Tacoma, so I phoned my favorite sales rep at Toyota of Greenfield, Shane Barbato on a Monday morning and told him what I was looking for and that I wanted to trade my 2014 Tacoma for a 2016 RAV4. By that afternoon, he phoned me to let me know that he had 3 vehicles which fit my criteria. I went down that afternoon for test driving, and settled on one of them, and took delivery Tuesday afternoon! Toyota of Greenfield gave me top dollar for my Tacoma, and Shane made the whole process virtually effortless, taking care of all the backend complex paperwork details. I have been EXTREMELY satisfied with Toyota ownership since we bought our first two Corollas in 2004, and have had a flawless experience since with a 2014 Tacoma, a 2015 RAV4, and now own a 2016 RAV4. We are so happy with the Cartelli owned, Toyota of Greenfield, and Shane Barbato as our sales rep, that, this time, we came from our new home in Florence to buy this recent RAV4, rather than going to the Northampton dealership. If Shane is still at the Greenfield dealership when we need our next Toyota (we won't buy any other brand now), we will be seeing him again!

Shane is simply a get things done kinda guy! Since everyone is into grades these days, allow me to input my A+! I walked in with no real pay stubs, a federal tax lien, and about 10 open delinquent account from my hospital bills. Did I mention, I also danced my way in with a whopping credit core of 530! Yes, that is in the category of "Very Poor"... They didn't freak out, put me down, or make me feel like a xxxxxxxx! Instead, they went to work and got me approved for a brand new 2016 Toyota Tundra SR5 with only 130 miles on it:)! It was a miracle! Since getting approved and making my payments, credit has shot up 100 points, and now I get offers for credit cards and soon will be able to re-finance for a lower payment!:) Thanks to Shane and the guys in the office, I'm on my way to proving myself once again, and putting myself in a position to buy a house soon! BTW, the 2016 Toyota Tundra was the BEST truck on the lot!!!!! I wasn't out in some credit rehab pile of junk that no girls would dare get into. I have also brought my truck in for my first oil change and some custom work done. They did it fast, really cheap, and never grumbled. I had bad experiences after bad experiences going to dealer lots and this was absolutely my last try at a dealer, and thank god I did. It was nothing short of a miracle! Shane is the best!
